This was an amazing experience. Lovely friendly welcome from Ana and she guided us interestingly through the market. The cooking experience was well set up and Leo and his humorous personality made it fun and engaging. I am vegetarian and this was well catered for. Would highly recommended.

Absolutely brilliant, definitely recommend this cooking class whilst in Seville. Our chef, Dom, was extremely professional and the Spanish food we cooked was amazing. The recipes are emailed to you afterwards, to enable you to recreate the dishes at a later date. Thank you for a great evening.

We spent a wonderful few hours cooking and chatting with some wonderful people. Excellent tour with Ana & Chef Maria who taught us how to do make amazing paella including chopping a chicken and make beautiful gazpacho soup . Thank you Chris & Victoria

Our tour guide and chef were great! They made the cooking experience a lot of fun and gave everyone an opportunity to participate in the prep and cooking. The food was incredible. I’ll definitely be making all of the dishes when we get home.

Must do activity when u visit Seville... We were visiting Seville in June 2025 with friends and family (ages 10 to 40ish). Our tour started at Triana market where we got a little history and cultural take on Andalusia. We spent may be 45 minutes before we took off to Taller Andaluz de Cocina a culinary space down the street - a very neat commercial kitchen space. We all had hands on experience in making the delicious spread for the day and a little show and tell on various culinary skills. Here is the spread that we were treated to - Gazpacho, Garbanzo and Spinach, Chicken Paella and ofcourse a pitcher of Sangria and a Dessert. Shout out to Carmen for being a wonderful tour guide. Hats off to the Chef who was very patient and thorough in sharing little tips and tricks as each of those dishes were prepped and cooked. PS: We were told that we will be receiving the recipe for all the dishes but yet to receive them. I have mailed Taller Andaluz de Cocina for the recipes and looking forward to recreate all the recipes at home.

Learn too cook Spanish food
Enjoying local food is one of the best parts of traveling and we took the chance to learn more by cooking ourselves in this cooking class. The arrangement started with Ana giving great info about spices, ham, cheese and vegetables which was very helpful. Cooking class was well prepared and supervised by chef Leo, who is very dedicated and funny which inspired the whole team. We learned the important steps to help us reach the perfect result. The meal included several local dishes such as paella and gazpacho and instructions were very easy to follow. When all dishes were completed, we all enjoyed a lunch together with the crew, and the meal was delicious. Cooking class included both food and drink and was money well spent. We can recommend to try this cooking class, and we are sure you will not be disappointed. This was one of the absolute highlights of our stay in Sevilla.

Insightful market tour and thoroughly enjoyable cooking activity that concluded with a well-satiated belly! Dom is an amazing chef who could cook paella - among other dishes- with his eyes closed. He kept the class moving (and clean!) with poise, personality and humor. Definitely recommend!
