Ci siamo iscritti a questo corso come famiglia e abbiamo trascorso 3 ore veramente piacevoli. Pedro e Anna sono stati super professionali. Abbiamo imparato molto in sole 3 ore, prima a visitare il mercato e a conoscere tutti gli ingredienti, poi a apprendere le basi delle ricette e alla fine ci siamo goduti il pranzo che abbiamo preparato: gazpacho, ceci con spinaci, paella e sorbetto accompagnato da un ottima sangria. Lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque volesse imparare le ricette base della cucina spagnola.

Es wae ein wundervolles autentisches Erlebnis. Vielen Dank an Ana für die tolle Führung uber den Markt mit all den vielen interessanten Informationenen und deine Hilfe und Arbeit beim Kochen. Die Gruppe fand ich mit 12 Personen ein klein wenig groß, so dass man selbst effektiv nicht so viel zu tun hatte. Die vielen tollen Tipps rund ums kochen und speziell die spanischen Traditionen rund ums Paella etc. waren grandios. Das Essen war super lecker!!

A fun cultural deep dive into Andalusian cooking.

This activity is more than a cooking lesson, it is an immersion in Andalusian culture through preparation of a traditional Andalusian meal. We first explored the food market with Kai and learned about the ingredients needed to prepare the meal .. (This was fun and informative). Domenico, our chef, showed us the techniques and the step by step procedure to prep the meal; all of it with humour and professionalism. The group size was just right and we all had the opportunity to contribute to the preparation of the meal, which was delicious! The planning and organization of the event was flawless and fun and never felt rush. We also got to try nice wines with our meal. If you like cooking and have the time, I would definitely recommend this activity.

Dom and his assistant where great teachers. the experience was well worth the price. I would highly recommend this. A great memory to take home. We learnt gazpacho, spinach & chick peas, paella and a refreshing dessert cocktail 🍸 😋and sangria. They provide all the ingredients during the evening and send the recipes via email for your to recreate at home. Beautiful evening thank you.

We absolutely LOVED our cooking class. Kia (spelling?) was super informative on our tour of the market. she was also lovely during the cooking class. Our chef was super talented, very informative, and great at teaching. We made a Gazpacho, spinach and chickpeas, and pallea. it was all delicious but that pallea was to die for. there was ample opportunity for everyone to participate. I would highly recommend this experience.

The tour of the market was informative and interesting, followed by an exceptional experience in the kitchen. The background provided for the menu selections made the class and the food was delicious! The experience was interactive. The team was outstanding to address dietary restrictions and made the entire experience so enjoyable.

Great activity in Sevilla

Excellent cooking class for the whole family. We took kids aged 9 and 15 and everyone loved it. Great food and an interesting tour of the market.
