An experience not to be missed when visiting Seville!

Me and mum had a wonderful time at the Triana Market tour and Paella cooking class. Luis was brilliant and very informative during the tour and Leo, our chef, was great from start to finish. He helped us learn to make 3 traditional courses including the Paella which was delicious! (and the Sangria). We had so much fun! We would definitely recommend this class to anyone visiting Seville! It’s an experience not to be missed!

Fun, easy, well oganised, way to learn to make and eat some Spanish dishes. We (family with 2 late teens) worked with a couple of others to make our dishes (cold tomato soup, spinach/chickpea dish, paella) Clear instructions and closely monitored. Impressive what can be achieved in a short time. Nice to meet others visiting Seville. Learnt a lot about sources of ingredients and regions differences. Highly recommend.

Great event the guide was very knowledgeable We were a group of 7 and all enjoyed the event . Had difficulty finding event in the market and people would not help us needs better directions

Dom was amazing!! He explained everything perfectly - and the flavors. ….. perfecto!! We enjoyed talking with other travelers and learning how to cook authentic Spanish food. It was the highlight of our time in Sevilla!

Exceeded my expectations. Would happily do it again

Class size and kitchen setup the perfect size for everyone to get hands-on in the kitchen with Chef Leo. Market tour provided excellent cultural culinary information regarding Jamon, queso, and spices. We made 3 delicious dishes, learned to make Sangria, and enjoyed consuming them all! Chef Leo is engaging, skillful, and entertaining while ensuring a fair distribution of opportunities for all participants. Would do it again if I get back to Seville.

We loved this experience in Sevilla! Leon and Ana of Taller Andaluz de Cocina were wonderful. Highly recommended! We learned a lot of cooking techniques and made the best paella.

Highlight of our trip! Such a fun experience. They did an amazing job keeping our 3- and 6-year-olds engaged the whole time. The chef was so much fun and the food was grest. We all loved it!

It was a wonderful experience under the knowledgeable guidance of Dominique and Noelia. They were very friendly and left us room to socialize. I would have liked to be more hands on, but all in all we learned a lot. And afterwards we had a beautiful meal. So tasty. Now we know what Tapas is all about, thankyou for tthis lovely evening.

wir hatten einen supernetten koch (leo) alle rezepte wurden super erklärt, jeder in der gruppe hatte zu tun - und das ergebnis war ausgezeichnet- ebenso der sangria und die weine zahlt sich auf jeden fall aus und ist zu empfehlen
