I had a wonderful experience here and can’t wait to try this all at home! We started off with an informational walk through the market with Sabrina, that was great. I loved hearing about Spain, Sevilla, and the ingredients we were about to use. Chef David was very knowledgeable as well and fun. Even with a group of 12 overall we all were able to contribute and have a good time. The experience was fun and the food was incredible. I really had a wonderful time with this.

This cooking experience was a highlight of our time in Spain and highly recommend! Our chef and our market guide were both so kind, friendly, informative, fun, and really cared that each guest had a special experience. We learned a lot and are excited to try these recipes at home!

Our cooking glass was in a beautiful market location. During the class you can taste multiple different foods, which all were great. The group size was good - only 10 people, which is a perfect size. I would say it is more a collective cooking class, where everyone gets to do some small part and mainly observe. Food was great, drinks were shared and later we also got the recipes on the email.

Amazing Experience

I had a great time and Carmen, as the host, and Diana (think I remembered correctly, we just called her Chef) were fantastic. It was really relaxed, informative and fun. The group i was with were amazing and from all different parts of the world (USA, The Netherlands, France, Australia, Ireland and me from the little Isle of Man!) I would highly recommend to anyone, but, especially solo travelers as it was a nice change of pace to spend the full morning with a diverse group of people.

Jeder Zeit wieder. Sehr höflicher Empfang, trotz unserer eingeschränkten Englischkenntnisse hat Pedro uns wunderbar durch den Abend geführt. Wir haben viel über die spanischen Küche gelernt und sind auch noch satt geworden 😉. Es war ein kurzweilige und sehr netter Abend.

Cultural experience in the heart of Sevilla

Carlos was great at going over the instructions, the history and why specific ingredients are used for the traditional Spanish dishes we were going to make. He was knowledgeable as well as funny. He kept everyone engaged and helped us as needed. Our food came out incredible and we were able to all share it and feast together. Also they provide any type of drink you want eg sangria, wines, beer, non-alcoholic, juices, soda. We ended with a special sweet treat he created!

On s’est regalé. Le chef était top. La distribution des tâches culinaires était parfaite. Un plat était de trop pour mon appétit mais tout était très bon et nous ressortons de cet atelier en sachant faire la paella. La visite du marché était très intéressante. Un grand merci à tous les 2.

We had a blast

We had a private class with Chef Carlo and we had a great time. We learned, we cooked and we ate. Probably our best meal in Seville! The Salmorejo (cold tomato soup) was delicious, the Gambas were amazing and simple, and the paella!!!! We also made and enjoyed sangria. Carlo was fun and informative and I would highly recommend a class while you are visiting!

Really nice cooking class. Pedro taught us how to cook a variety of dishes and we even learnt how to prepare a whole chicken to put in the paella. Really good fun and a lovely atmosphere!
