This cooking experience was excellent. Carmen did a wonderful job giving us a tour of the market and Diana was very personable and made cooking seem like a breeze. If you are visiting Seville, I would highly recommend this cooking class.

The cooking class exceeded my expectations. David was extremely informative and make the experience unforgettable. Learning about the Spanish culture and how they prepare food was truly memorable. The quality of the ingredients was impressive, and the taste was delicious. Everything we ate was very flavorful and I would book this event again if I'm every in the city!

This cooking course was the absolute highlight of our time in Seville. So professional and well organised. We had a superb chef, Dom and guide, Sabrina who took us to a few stalls in the Triana Market before we started to cook. We made and tasted 3 dishes, one of them an authenic Paella and it was out of this world. I cannot recommend this activity more highly. It's a MUST DO!

Hands on experience of Andalusia's cuisine!
My husband and I had a wonderful time at our private Paella cooking session with Maria! She first took us on a tour of the Triana Market highlighting the foods and spices of the region and answering all our questions. Then we had a hands on cooking class featuring my husband's favorite dish Paella as well as some other delicious regional specialties. Of course, the best part was eating and drinking the meal we had just learned how to cook. I can't wait to try Paella at home! We highly recommend this experience. I was one of our highlights on our trip to Andalusia!

Good times and will do it again.
The class set up was appropriate for the dish we were cooking. I am used to individual cooking stations where the participants are gets very hands on in learning the cooking process. However, given we were cooking paella, it was not easy to do individual portion cooking. Overall, I enjoyed it very much. I would recommend this to anyone who would enjoy a few hours meeting with new people and learn to cook a delicious dish.

Great Paella Cooking Experience
Wife and I took this cooking class that was held in the covered market in Triana. The market itself is wonderful. It is chock full of meats, cheeses, fruits, and vegitables. You can tell the merchant what you want and when you want to eat it and they will expertly give you the right fruit. After touring the market, we went to the cooking class which was woderful. Wife and I had paella all over Spain on this visit including the venerable Casa Carmela in Valencia and the paella that the chef made was the best we had in Spain! The chef was very accommodating and well versed. He knew his stuff. He made the big paella that we all shared and talked through the preparation step by step. I think if you are interested in paella this class is a must during your visit. Pick up one of their small paellas (the pan used to make paella IS a paella). Enjoy shopping at the market. We stayed in Triana so the market was a two minute walkand it is a wonderful historic area to explore.

I highly recommend this cooking class. We prepared three dishes. All were easy to replicate and something I will be able to replicate at home. The chef was funny and very talented. I even learned how to debone a chicken. It was an excellent was to experience the culture and meet new people!
