Both the 14.00 and 15.00 got canceled due to technical issues. They didn’t brother telling the 100+ people in the rain waiting until 15.15. Some were waiting since 13.30. Technical issues can happen, but spending a bit more on staff to inform instead of sales is definitely necessary.

Visiting the museums alone will save you money , plus the hop on hop off bus and 3 River cruises . Would like it if the app showed how much time was left on the card similar to the Oslo pass

Canceled without notice

We showed up to take this cruise only to be told that the boat was having engine trouble and our cruise was canceled. There was no attempt to reach us in spite of the fact that the provider informed Viator of the cancelation. We do not fault Viator for the engine trouble, however we do fault them for their lack of communication.

Great Glimpse of Stockholm

Great overall glimpse of Stockholm to get a flavor of the city. Low-key tour gives highlights of each of the key neighborhoods in Stockholm. View from water provides a good perspective to take in the entire city.

Excellent and authentic way to see Copenhagen

Opted for the longer cruise with Stromma, and well worth it. Our 21 yr old recently tore her ACL so fantastic way to see so many sites, and beautiful day on the water. Guide was in English and Danish, impressive he got in everything in two languages. Great close up views and way to see neighborhoods as well as hear a lot about Copenhagen and Denmark. Highly recommend! Family of four with two adult children, 18 & 21.

A boat trip well worth doing

Great fun and great to see the city and some of the islands from the on-the-water perspective. It did rain whilst we were on the boat but that didn't put us off. Crew very friendly and helpful.

Wir durften sogar eine Stunde eher dazu steigen, da wir eher vor Ort waren. Die Rundfahrt war sehr sehenswert. Erklärungen an Bord gab es in vier Sprachen (inkl. deutsch).

However, the trip is worth it even for the views alone. (Original) Fajne jeśli ktoś po zwiedzaniu chce sobie odpocząć ale jednocześnie zobaczyć ciekawe miejsca. Kupiliśmy dwa rejsy. Jeden godzinny na którym bardzo miły Pan opowiadał ciekawie o miejscach w których się znajdujemy oraz drugi dwu godzinny na którym były słuchawki których nie chciałem brać ponieważ wyglądały na bardzo brudne. Jednak nawet dla samych widoków warto się wybrać w podróż.

We took Strama twice on our trip and both times were very disappointed. One time going to Grinda they oversold the boat so people were forced to stand or sit on the floor for 2+ hours. Then two days later we took it to a local island and it was delayed more than 30 minutes both ways. There is no staff at the dock so you cannot get any information on what is going on. I would not spend the extra money on this boat and I would just take the local SL which was running more frequently

These guys are a mess. The views are great and Grinda is beautiful but it is so disappointing that they sell way too many tickets. Some people get a great comfortable seat while others are forced to stand or sit on the floor for 2+ hours. The boat arrived 20 minutes late in Grinda and showed up 25 minutes late in the afternoon. There is no staff at the docks so you have no idea what is happening.
