Worst tour ever and a complete loss of money. The audio quality was terrible, the guide spoke in a monotonous tone the whole time (causing everyone to get sleepy) and the tour doesn’t even reach the archipielago, only areas that are slightly further away from the city. Definitely not worth it, as it is way too expensive for what it offers.

It was a beautiful trip through the canals of Amsterdam. Our captain Akram maintained a friendly and motivated attitude throughout the journey. He also entertained us with interessting facts about the city. All in all, a nice trip. Can recommend

Went on the Cheese and wine evening cruise. We got on board and asked to get seated at a certain spot, first come first served, but they said it was for a larger group, but the very next people that came got the seat we requested. There were no seconds on cheese, and don't come hungry and think you will get a lot, you won't. Basically just bites from 3 different cheeses, but they had plenty of crackers, and wine albeit a narrow selection. There wasn't much of a tour, it was just a cruise, no pointing out or saying anything about anything. Maybe I read it wrong when they have in their logo and ad, canal tours.

Loved this canal cruise with Frank. Great information and stories and we saw so much of Copenhagen. Unfortunately, the microphone died at the very end, so the company should ensure there are backups for this but it didn't dampen the experience in the slightest. This is a must do when in Copenhagen.

Great way to see a lot of the city from a very unique perspective. We all found it informative and fun. Particularly fascinating to pass underneath the super low bridges.

A good ride of the boat with or without the guide

I think one important trait of a good tour guide is the enthusiasm about what he/she does everyday and the pride in what he/she is sharing with the tourists about their own culture/ history. The guide on board today is the total opposite. Lethargic, unattentive, indifferent, to say the least. And obviously she has more interests in certain customers than others. It turned out to be an almost self-entertaining tour along the beautiful Copenhagen canal with some baby cuckooing in the background, though I don’t blame the baby who doesn’t understand the social context.

Waste of time.

We arrived at the booking stand at approx 10.20am and was told the boat should be about 10 mins so we decided to pay and wait. After about 20 mins i asked how much longer and was told they only had one boat operational that day but another one would be working later in the day. So we waited, until about 11.10am but when the boat finally did arrive we were told they were at full capacity and no one could get on the boat, but there would be another one in an hour. We decided to request a refund which would take up to 5 days, although to be fair , it did only take 1 day The staff were so uninformed about what was happening , their communication was awful, I felt sorry for the staff there.. When we walked around the corner we found a bridge over to the two islands we wanted to go to, it took less than 10 mins to walk there.

Excellent tour to see the Stockholm archipelago. The boat is historic. Tour guides are very articulate and describe everything in detail. Must do while in Stockholm.

Nasty pizza

Pizza was cold and nasty. Did provide us with plenty of Heinekens though. Boat ride was smooth and comfortable. There was minimal talk from staff…no tour guide of city if that is part of what you are looking for.

Beautiful but a bit long

Even though quite beautiful this does get to be a bit long. The folks on board were engaging when asked but the canned audio provide most of the information.
