Our crew was exceptionally engaging and informative. Weather was clear and bright and there were wonderful opportunities for photos! We had been walking around town and got to the dock 35” ahead of our 4:00 scheduled departure. When the vessel arrived at 3:50, we were told we had “missed” our scheduled departure as this was the 4:30 departure. When we protested, we were accepted on board. The crew made a radio call and learned that our boat had been cancelled due to a mechanical issue. Small potatoes, but I would have expected advance notice given that we had received multiple text updates from the other providers we used in this trip

Terrible customer service. I almost felt scammed. Went there early and told them we have a Go City pass and so we were told that they accept it and just wait for the 4 pm boat. So, we stood in line over an hour to wait for the boat. Repeatedly asked over that hour if we need anything else and they said no you're good. Just wait. Then they won't accept the pass when it was time to board because apparently you have to get a ticket, but the ticket counter is closed that day. We explained it was our last day so it's not like we can go back the next day. They don't care. The guy was even laughing that the ticket counter was closed. Wasted our time. Nobody wants their time wasted while on vacation. Save your money and use another service.

Great trip, very worthwhile.
We were staying in Copenhagen for the weekend and had limited time to explore the city. We are so glad we picked this trip. The tour guide was both very funny and informative. We got to see a lot of the beautiful city in an hour and I would highly recommend this tour to anyone.
