Could have been better

Interesting route but there was almost no narration on the trip. The pizza was kinda cold. Nice staff but overworked. One person didn’t get the pizza they ordered and gave the crew a hard time. We got two drinks quickly but didn’t see any more “unlimited”. Felt sorry for the crew.

Great value

Great value. The bus drivers were informative and the the guide on board the boat, interesting and entertaining. However, there was another opperator with almost identical busses which was somewhiat confusing. I tried getting on the wrong bus twice and I saw numerous other people doing the same!

The Archipelago tour is...

The Archipelago tour is beautiful and worth doing. The boat itself is a bit old and packed, which means if you’re downstairs visibility is limited by the small windows, and upstairs it’s quite packed and uncomfortable.

This is a great way to tour Amsterdam. The bus was timely and the route was easy to follow. I recommend using it to get around the city and see the sights.

We booked a tour today, which fortunately started 10 mins after we arrived. During the tour, the supposed speakers which give us an audio guide for the ride were super quiet (we heard nothing), so we did not learn much. In addition, our guide spoke only rarely and with such an accent where we did not understand much of what he was saying. Luckily, it wasn’t our first boat tour in Amsterdam, otherwise we would have been super unsatisfied. Also, we were promised a free stroopwaffle which we did not get.
