An absolutely amazing and charming experience! I took the canal cruise with Captain Valesca and hospitality assistant Andrea — and everything was flawless from start to finish. The canals are stunning on their own, but the way Captain Valesca shares the city’s history makes the journey even more special. She presents it with such passion and ease that you truly feel part of the story. Andrea, who was in charge of the drinks and onboard hospitality, was incredibly friendly and attentive, always with a warm smile and making everyone feel welcome. It’s the kind of experience I’d love to repeat many times. Highly recommended!

Essendo compresa nel Go Pass vale la pena di effettuarla, altrimenti a prezzo pieno non ne vale assolutamente la pena.Troppo lunga (circa 2he15) con poche cose da vedere usciti dai canali principali. Interessante il passaggio per entrare nel lago Maralen.

Nice, enclosed boat with endless wine and excellent cheeses. There was some narration, but it would have been nice to have a bit more. However, what we had was excellent, although hard to hear at times because of other clients very loud conversations (after endless wine!).

Great boat trip

Really good boar tour. The guide was very entertaining and had great knowledge to share. Highly recommend getting there early to get a good seat. 2.5 hours was more than enough time. Highly recommend

It was an ok-ish canal cruise but the captain should have had a mircophone to use as when he was trying to talk to us about the area we were in his voice was drowned out by the sound of the motor in the boat. Apart from that I say it was worth the $$ but Id do a higher end canal cruise next time. Just sayin.

Very poor service! We reached stop 9 the national monument with intermittent commentary over the headphones. Following a walk we returned to the stop to find some of our fellow tourists had been waiting well over an hour for a bus (the are supposed to run every 30 minutes) A bus eventually arrived, was all but full and we were left by a driver who was very unhelpful. Did not/could not contact base office to request another bus. Told us he was just the driver and we should contact the office ourselves, he also refuted the idea passengers had been waiting so long!! Fortunately for us the driver of the the little train tour rang his office and for half price completed the return leg of the tour and got us safely back to our cruise ship. Unable to complain at city tour bus office as it was closed!!! Thank you City Train Tours 10/10 City Sightseeing 0/10
