Bought tickets for 1030-1100 departure to Fjäderholmarna from Nybrokajen. We came at 1040 and it turns out next boat is to depart at 1130. We go for coffee and get back at 1115. The line is 100 meters plus and people are buying tickets with their mobiles (just like we did one hour earlier). Now when we get to enter the boat we are stopped with our two kids 5 and 3. “- Sorry you have to step out here your ticket was for the earlier ride”. I explained I ordered for 1030-1100 departures and arrived at 1040. He just said - step out to the line. We will see later if I can admit you. Apparently there was a misunderstanding from my side - I thought the selected departure time was 1030-1100 and that the ticket was valid for all boats in this certain intervall. However, it was explained to me that the ticket is only guaranteed for the 1030 departure if you have 1030-1100. The 1100 is the arrival time at the destination. Anyways, this was not clear to me when ordering and I think I should warn you about this. Order when you are there in the line so you know which departure exactly you can catch. Not before. Also, the explanation and getting thrown out of the line could have been made a bit more friendly.
