Was ok. Leider gab es kaum Informationen über Amsterdam bei der Schifffahrt. Wir hatten gehofft, dass wir noch von Amsterdam bisschen mehr lernen, wie es bei einem Guide eigentlich ist.

Excellent tour. Guide (Kristian I think) was very informative with a great sense of humour. Seemed to have a fantastic grasp of the history of all the places we visited but also related many things back to the home countries of those onboard to bring further connection to the tour. Highly recommended.

We used the “City Sightseeing” HOHO bus, and were satisfied with the service provided. There is more than one HOHO bus in Bergen, you need to be sure which bus your tickets are for. We did discover that the route advertised on their web site did not match the route we took. They were very similar, but the stops were at least numbered differently, and may have been in slightly different places. Identifying the stops was a little challenging, with many lacking signage. The commentary through the provided earbuds was informative and reasonably well timed with the bus’s actual location, although there were large gaps of silence between points of interest.

Had to wait 45 minutes for them to prepare the boat in the rain... The queue was absoloutely massive and due to them moving us around so much since they had no organisation we ended up at the back of the queue despite being there 10 minutes early and being at the front. If you're a couple you will also have to share a table with others which isn't ideal- we thought "cosy" meant quiet and enjoyable, not squished up with strangers. The staff were very nice and apologetic and tried to make the experience better but it just wasn't too great. The concept is cool and the cheese plate was pretty okay- the wine is your typical cheap stuff though. Overall it's good for the money but don't expect too much!

We booked the STROMMA Copenhagen bus Tour with bus supposed to arrive At the hotel at 12:15 PM. Currently the bus is 50 minutes late due to mechanical failure . A competitor company in the meantime has had two buses come by our hotel. There was also issue with the live map, which didn’t work, despite accepting the suggested cookies. Also if you buy a ticket the same day, it is 40 kroners more than buying it a day before. Their last bus is at 5 PM so if the buses are late and you plan to make a few stops, you probably won’t spend a lot of time on the bus. I cannot recommend this tour even if we had started earlier during the day. The canal boat tour from the same company seem to have much better reviews but we didn’t do this. unfortunately there is no refund within 24 hours of the day of your tour however their site staff Oliver was kind to assist with making this request by email and providing his name and confirming that the bus was cancelled so will see if the request is approved.

Great guide who managed to inject plenty of humour into his tour - great way to see most of the key sights of Gothenburg. Can highly recommend
