Bit disappointing, the audio speakers were distorted so hard to hear/understand the guide. Viewing the fortress and zoo is a stretch - we didn’t see either. Given we couldn’t hear the guide we didn’t know which side to look out from and if you did catch either it was seconds of a glimpse. The canal and landscape are beautiful and was great to see but not for 1.5hrs which essentially is what it felt like we did. Unfortunately it was a rainy day so couldn’t sit on top which may have made it better.

Comprei o ticket do ônibus +barco, quando usei do ônibus não tive problema algum, foi só mostrar o QR Code no celular, mas já no barco foi um problema, pq queriam saber qual hora agendamos e em nenhum momento foi informado que deveríamos agendar, depois diziam que nosso ticket não estava ok, até entenderem que era sem hora marcada. Até entenderem qual era nosso ticket e nos darem outro pra podermos fazer o passeio tivemos que falar com 2 pessoas diferentes. Acredito que a GetYourGuide que vende esses tickets deveria orientar a agência local para evitar esses desencontros. Se não tivéssemos insistido ou perderíamos o passeio ou teríamos pago outro. Com relação ao passeio ok, gostei do tour.

Fantastic

Our tour guide Mortens kept us thoroughly entertained as we explored the canals of Copenhagen! It was useful to do early on as it provided a sense of the city and helped identify a few places to go. Was a fantastic tour to do and I thoroughly recommend to all.

Copenhagen small boat tour

Wonderful to have a private tour of Copenhagen from the water, but understand others may join you on the boat/private was not exclusive - worked fine but was not clear from the booking. (We were a party of 5 and had 2 more travelers join us) Christian our guide was fantastic and gave us great insider tips and insights into the city. Cannot recommend enough/5 stars!
