Great tour, boats run in great condition, on time and affordable. The alcohol on board is very expensive, about 20 dollars a drink for a single, but aside from the alcohol, great service and great time

We went on the 4th of July and it was worth it. The boat swings around both ends, so both sides of the boat can see the show. It was a little cold but that's to be expected. The lod loved it.

It was hella cold even though it summer. Bring a medium to thick jacket specially if you planning to take the late afternoon or evening cruise. Overall it was good and enjoyable. Not too long of a line, ship was nice and clean, with commentary which is a nice touch. Recommended.

Me and a friend booked the rocketboat and it turned out we were the only ones who did. I was surprised they didn’t cancel it due to not enough people booking, but I am glad they didn’t because it was so cool having a private boat ride. The crew was very kind to us, took pictures for us. Very fun little excursion. Would definitely go again.

The rocket boat was AMAZING! It was so fun. I was surprised it was not more popular, our ride was practically private with only a few riders. The crew was friendly, and the ride was amazing. Good music, fast, thrilling boat ride, and they even stopped half way through to get great photos of the area. I wish I could have gone again! I highly recommend the Rocket Boat if you want a thrilling way to explore the bay!

Absolute Enttäuschung: die Lautsprecher funktionieren nicht, der audioguide läuft über eine App die man sich erst an Board herunterladen muss, die Audiodateien sind absolut unverständlich und qualitativ schlecht, die Einrichtung des Schiffs ist runtergerockt und schäbig. Sein Geld absolut nicht wert.

Great team of sailors. Efficient and courtious. There's food and drinks available on board. Views of the golden gate bridge, bay, gerridellii factory, Alcatraz. Nicely done guys.

I booked a 1 hour bay cruise and had some concerns. However, I have to say it was a great time! Blue & Gold made the embarkation process very easy with good signage. Boarding the ship was easy and plenty of seating both inside and out. The ship had a full bar and snacks available for purchase which was nice. They had audio of all the points of interest playing during the tour which was informative. Also, when the swell got bumpy the captain came on and made sure to remind everyone to hold on and stay seated. Overall I thought it was well worth the ticket. I purchased my tickets through CityPass so I do not have the direct cost. Definitely a go see if you’re visiting the San Francisco wharf area.

Amazing cruise with stunning views of the Golden Gate Bridge and other SF landmarks! The ride was smooth, well-organized, and a perfect way to see SF from the water. Huge shoutout to all the hardworking crew for safely returning my lost wallet — honest and kind service that made the whole experience even more memorable. Highly recommend!

We didn’t know they did not accept clipper card. The guy in the boat very rude. Did not explain there are two different companies and for the price they charge they should make sure they have some manners. We would never use them again

We booked the sunset cruise and got some amazing shots of the Bay Area and especially Golden Gate Bridge! The boat sailed beneath the bridge before going around Alcatraz and on towards the Port of San Francisco before returning to the docks. The staff were friendly and helpful in helping us book and we were given fair warning on our trip out that it could be windy and wavy. Check the weather conditions before you go and plan for the weather, but our experience was stellar and we will be doing this again!

"Disappointing Experience with Blue and Gold Fleet: Scammers and Poor Service My experience with Blue and Gold Fleet in San Francisco was thoroughly disappointing. From the moment we boarded, the service was subpar and the staff seemed more interested in selling additional products than ensuring passengers had a good experience. What really bothered me, however, was the lack of transparency in pricing. There were hidden fees and extras that weren't clear upfront. I felt scammed by the way they handled the money and expectations. Additionally, the staff had a disagreeable attitude and seemed unconcerned with customer satisfaction. When I asked about certain details, I was met with brusque and uninterested responses. Overall, my experience with Blue and Gold Fleet was negative due to poor service and questionable business practices. I wouldn't recommend this company unless they significantly improve their customer care and pricing transparency."

Amazing tour!! Very serene and beautiful views of Angel Island, Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz & dt SF. Definitely would recommend for a nice day out ☺️
