We took the 1 hour cruise around San Francisco Bay and it was an unforgettable experience! Best views on the boat is the top deck. It was so fun to see San Francisco from the water. The boat travels west from the dock and there is fantastic views into the city. Next the boat travels underneath the Golden Gate Bridge for an amazing experience! Look left underneath the bridge and you can see Fort Point National Monument. The boat makes the turn back shortly after going under the bridge. Great views into Sausalito, Tiburon and the shores of Angel Island. I rate this experience as absolutely unbelievable and this cruise gets 1 million stars!

My mom and I have taken a cruise of the bay tour with other people on this boat. The boat ride was wonderful this was because it was a nice and cloudy day and can hear the fog horn of the golden gate bridge, also saw many other ships, wildlife and Alcatraz island.

Simple and to the point boat ride. It was also affordable. We had fun. The reason it is not a 5 is because the kid who was promoting the ride was just on the boardwalk on his phone leaning back on his seat like if he were sitting down at home and not on the clock. And when I asked about the boat ride he responded with shoulder shrugging and bothered like if we interuppted his instrgram time. The only reason I ended up buying tickets was because my family was super into the boat ride and NOT because of the kid who was promoting. If managment would like to know who this was, he looked like a skinny 140 pound white curly haired kid ages between 17 to 24. If it weren't for him it would have been a 5 star.

Online booking system does not allow you to reserve a time only a date. On a Tuesday at 2:30pm when staff said it wasn't busy the ferry was filled with no more bike capacity. ~75 people were left on the pier and a lot of them had bought tickets online. The company had on their terms and conditions that tickets are non-transferable and non-transferable the company will meet their quarterly earning target no doubt. Don't buy tickets online.

They have some discrimination going on with this group, they let a big group go before the group that was standing there for a long time waiting. They were all Chinese, so they were more re important that the other customers. Not really fair because this group took all the good seats. We still had fun but it was really disappointing. Will go with a different company next time. I was fighting a lady in a hat the whole time trying to take pictures.

Your staff needs training in customer service and socialization. They were rude to children and families in line ahead of me. Message received - they don’t enjoy their work. Would not use again nor recommend for others.

My husband booked a 1-hour bay cruise (4PM on a Monday) for my family of 5. So thankful we did this! This fleet cruised under Golden Gate Bridge and around Alcatraz. There was a timed audio tour recording that shared the history and information of each site and the city. This unique view and bay experience is a core memory for us. Highly recommend!

Taking the Blue & Gold Fleet ferry was a highlight of my San Francisco trip. The cruise under the Golden Gate Bridge was breathtaking with panoramic views of the bay and city skyline. The ferry to Alcatraz Island was smooth and efficient, making it easy to explore the historic prison and learn about its fascinating past. The staff was helpful and the whole experience felt well organized and scenic. Definitely recommend for a classic San Francisco adventure.

Took the ferry from San Francisco to Sausalito. Blue and Gold Ferry is ran down, dirty and unwelcoming ferry. They do not take clipper and 45% more expensive compared to Golden Gate Bridge. Good we came back on Golden Gate. Don’t take Blue and Gold!

My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our first San Francisco cruise. The stunning views of the Golden Gate Bridge took our breath away as we sailed along the bay, while the charming Alcatraz Island added a captivating historical touch to our adventure. The experience was truly unforgettable, filled with beautiful sights and romantic moments. 5

We did the evening 1 hour tour. It was fantastic! Everyone we encountered from the ticket booth to the crew was very friendly. A special shout out to Karen in the ticket booth who was especially helpful, patient and kind! It is chilly so wear a jacket even in summer
