Really disappointing service. The staff are nice to selective people. I purchased a 2 day 2 park tickets for $348 combo offer for me and my family. I used the first set of tickets about a 1.5 months ago, keeping the 2nd set of tickets for my son's 3rd birthday occasion which is tomorrow. Now when I purchased it, I was not aware that 2nd park tickets must be utilized within 14 days of 1st park tickets. I may have missed it. And the staff is not willing to honor those 2nd day park visits for an genuine and honest mistake. I understand people may take advantage but I seriously had a family issue at home (death) and that took some time for all of us to get back to our normal life. I even offered the staff to show my proof to let them know i wasn't lying or making it up. But they wouldn't budge or make exceptions for unplanned events. Really horrible service. I know one bad review will not even make a dent in their multi billionaire bussiness but I always want to speak my mind for eveything that I experience the good, the bad and the ugly. Reallyyyy upset and disappointed! Not recommending this place to anyone that I come across.

This is a great park obviously if you love seeing the animals! For us, we have outgrown riding the roller coasters, lol, but that does not deter you from having a fantastic day at the park. There is plenty to do and see without ever riding a ride. Highly recommend buying the all day dining wristband. We paid $42 plus tax for it and it gives you an entree, side and drink FOC every 90 minutes. The two of us shared one wristband meaning… We got one meal every 90 minutes and shared each meal. We were there from 10:30 to 5 o’clock and we ate three times. We shared every meal and it was plenty. Food was very tasty and the drinks were very refreshing and cooling. Portions are very decent size. By the third meal… We couldn’t finish our pizza and two eggrolls… That we brought those home since we don’t live far from the park. Enjoyable shows! 3 favorites are Orca, Sea Otters and Dolphin! Best part… If you are a teacher… Go online and be sure to get your free annual pass. And with that free teachers annual pass… You can bring a guest in for $38.

This review is for the penguin habitat. This used to be a wonderful exhibit to visit, not any longer. The penguins were previously in a temperature controlled habitat with snow machines and seemed to be very comfortable, and the visitors were in a separate large viewing area, also temperature controlled, that allowed for prolonged viewing. The area is now open with the whole area at antarctic temperatures, hence the staff wearing suitable thermal clothing. This is very unpleasant for visitors who enter from an external temperature of approximately 30degrees C and now only rush through the exhibit to get out of the severe cold. Does anybody know why this ridiculous change was made? Don't visit this habitat unless you like freezing temperatures.

We arrived on the Friday before Labor Day weekend. They open only 10.a.m. that day. Many people didn’t know, arrived much earlier and so there was a long line around the whole pick-up/drop-off area. But we made it into the park around 10.30h. So it was better that it looked at first. The three major shows are still good. The coaster rides are really thrilling. So not all of them are for the whole family. This might explain the surprisingly short wait times. I did not see anything over 30 minutes. Many rides were 10 min or under. Don’t go by the wait times in their App. Even their own staff at guest relations admit that the App is not reliable here. I only give the park four stars, since the organization lacks here and there. But overall we had a great time. I read reviews from people complaining about prices at the ticket booth. Well guys, your own fault. It is a known fact that these days at many places online booking saves money. I read complaints about their food prices. But the portions are big. And if you buy online tickets you get a voucher worth $20 per ticket for food without any extra costs. You can redeem it for food or merchandise. But you need to go to guest relations counter to receive it.

Der Expressschalter vor Ort ruft die teuren Preise auf. 2. Das Quick Queue Ticket ist die größte Sauerei und Abzocke überhaupt. Das Ticket koste fast soviel, wie das Eintrittsticket und trotzdem kommt man nicht überall schneller rein und muss genauso anstehen. Weiterhin ist das Ticket nicht günstiger für Kinder unter 54" / ca. 140 cm. Hier zahlen die Kinder den Preis für Erwachsene, obwohl sie in nicht als fahren dürfen. 3. Die Essen- und Getränkepreise im Park sind völlig überzogen! Da nützt auch das All-You-Can-Eat nichts, wenn du nur zu gewissen Zeiten essen kannst und darfst, dann kommen alle zum essen dort hin. 4. Sowie es anfängt zu regnen, werden die Fahrgeschäfte geschlossen, jedoch wurden nicht mehr alle Fahrgeschäfte nach dem Regen geöffnet, obwohl es möglich gewesen wäre. Auch hier gab es dann keine Info dazu, obwohl man extra 2 Stunden vorher gewartet hatte. 5. Auch beim parken wird man abgezockt. Ca. 40 Dollar, obwohl der Eintritt schon fast 570 Dollar gekostet hat für 3 Personen. Bloß kein VIP-Ticket zum parken kaufen, die 50 Meter mehr, sind kein Problem beim laufen 😉 Fazit: Wir kommen nicht mehr wieder! Wir waren vor 9 Jahren schon einmal hier und es hat uns damals so gut gefallen, dass wir es wieder machen wollten. Jedoch wurden wir nur enttäuscht und abgezockt. Wir können den Park leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Our family had an amazing time at sea world - Our kid enjoyed all the shows with sea lions , dolphins and orcas - and the rides - Expedition Odyssey - infinity falls - and seasme street rides - the glow show , drone show and fireworks at the end were just wow !!! Its a must visit place for the kids !

I really enjoyed it there. 🥰🤩😍 (Original) Mir hat der Park echt gut gefallen.Als erstes ging es zum Surf Coaster,eine spaßige Fahrt und ein unglaubliches schönes Fahrgefühl war das.Der Park hat 6 verschiedene Achterbahnen(habe leider nur 4 geschafft wegen Unwetter war alles dann eine Zeit lang down)Die Delphin Show haben wir nicht gesehen,aus Zeitmangel.Es gibt ausreichend Essen&Trinken Angebote,und sehr viele Shop's.Es gab dort Gott sei dank auch einen Raucherbereich 😇Der Park ist sehr zu empfehlen.Für Kinder gibt es das Sesamstrasen Land,finde für Kinder fehlt noch so einiges an Fahrgeschäften da müßte noch was gemacht werden.Sonst haben wir uns die Haie,Robben und Flamingos noch angeschaut.Mir hat es dort sehr gut gefallen.🥰🤩😍

Loved the visit - all the encounter experiences (Orca, dolphins, seals..) and the rides! Beyond words about the roller coster rides!! However please note - very few rides for kids <42 inches height and people who cant ride on roller costers... Limited vegetarian food options and expensive.. But overall a great experience!
