SeaWorld Orlando is such a poorly organised and managed park. It does have incredible shows but it is hard to look past the failings throughout the park and appears amateurish in comparison to the much slicker and better presented Disney and Universal attractions. 1. Entry to the park. Arriving at 10ish we were queuing on an entry road which presented a safety hazard to the hundreds of other people queuing. Also the ticket turnstiles were poorly controlled allowing pushing, shoving and other poor behaviours. Gates finally opened at 10:30.... 2. Our tickets offered $20 for use in the park but this then needs to be redeemed when in the park which is almost impossible. Few employees know how to get these redeemed and I was directed several times incorrectly. Guest Services has long queues throughout the day. Self service kiosks are not advertised and when I finally found one it was out of service. 3. The app is inconsistent. Ride wait times are not accurate and sometimes don't even show. 4. Most rides need you to use a locker. These cost $5 per time which is poor compared to Universal where small lockers are free. I would have used my free money (point 2) but wanted to enjoy the park rather than queue all the time. The machines require swiping a card, rather than contactless. 5. General feeling is that this park hasn't evolved with the times and is stuck some 20 years in the past. All shows are good as are rides but the overall experience is a let down
