Overall, I was having a wonderful time with my son. The park is amazing. However, my son was treated poorly twice. On August 31, 2025 between 3pm-5pm my son was racially targeted. The photographer that was taking pictures with Elmo barely wanted to take any pictures of him. This crushed my son. Then, my son seen a sea lion costume character and got excited . My son wanted to take a picture with the sea lion costume, character, and the staff with the red hair lied and said ( Caucasian boy ) was first . Which wasn’t true . This crushed my 3 year old toddler and I left abruptly.

I have been to SeaWorld San Diego and now Orlando. I would have to say that SeaWorld San Diego is WAY better. The staff here at the Orlando one were very rude, looked at us like they had no clue how to talk and just did not seem happy to be there. I also DO NOT like all of the money grabs in this park. We paid $452 for the SeaWorld ticket and the all day dining. The day of when we were going my husband got a notification from bank, that SeaWorld charged him for parking but didnt give him the pass. My husband called to get the pass and the customer service guy said "oh well" there is nothing I can do. They didn't refund him and he had to purchase them a second time. Not to mention, the guy hung up on my husband and my husband wasn't even being rude. It was pretty sketchy. When you get in there they make you pay for parking, lockers (even though there are bins in the rides to put lose items). You will also have to pay for their strollers if you want them, the flamingo boats etc. I was just not impressed. We were super disappointed for how much we paid for everything.

This is a great park, not very large park and more affordable compared to other Orlando parks. The Dolphins and the Orcas shows are my favorites. My kids enjoyed the Rollercoaster in particularthe Manta. I did Atlantis and got soaked dont ride in the front, if you dont want to get wet, LOL. Warning: Now if you going to buy something in the shop or food and have a discount card make sure they honor your discount. Many young teens in cashiers and some are clueless or undertrained about the rules. Enjoy SeaWorld!
