I've been coming to this park for over 20 years with my family. But after the mistake the person at the ticket window made. I refuse to give this place another cent. I was having issues renewing my pass on the app, so I ended up having to drive an hour to go to the ticket window to try and renew my pass. Instead of renewing my pass the person at the ticket window sign me up for a new pass. So now I'm locked into a 12-month contract with SeaWorld after being laid off and incapable of canceling my pass and ineligible for a refund due to the mistake of one of their employees, The app is virtually useless, and SeaWorld has screwed me over pretty bad. I used to be willing to pay 10 dollars for a beer cause I wanted to support these guys. Now I don't even wanna breathe their direction.

We had a great time at SeaWorld. I had no idea they had rides. We ended up with a 2nd day free because it rained and the Vacation booth gave us tickets for free admission the next day. I thought that was really nice. Also we got tickets in advance with groupon included a free meal so that was another plus. But we enjoyed our visit to SeaWorld and will be back. The Orca Show was so much fun.

We where there for my sons 6th birthday. He had an absolute blast the whole day, yet I need to add that your cast members ALL except 3 seemed miserable. No smiling absolutely no friendly hellos or anyone say happy birthday to my son even though he had a pin. Even the guy we got the pin from didn't say a word. The park was clean and almost no wait times. Food prices are insane but the beer was 5 bucks so that was cool.
