Not a great experience. Most of the park was closed. Half the park did not open until 11 am when it was listed at 10 am. Most of the shows did not operate and it was not listed as a half open day on the ticket as they transitioned from halloween to christmas. Their main shows had 2 times instead of 3 or 4 and they also had multiple rides closed with no explanation. My kids 2,5,6 were waiting for the sesame street parade and an announcement was made at the time of the parade that it had been canceled. NO explanation just sorry about that. The all day dining option had half of the resturants closed. The ride times were not updated. I sat in the Atlantis log flume line for 45 minutes with a 5 minute wait list time. Overall It was not a good experience. Many employees agreed they should not have been open and I can see why they have gone downhill in many of the other reviews. Do they have aquatic life... yes. But its not a well run park and I would say their management company is poor. Not the kind of day I would want anyone's kids to experience. Smurfs Rollercoaster was great but other then that I would rather spend the money to go to a different park that operates as it should.

Such an great park! I hadn't been since before 2008 I think & it is so amazingly different! The only thing I need to mention is most food places will shut down an hour before close (5pm, as they closed at 6pm) & offer only 1 option until park close. The all day adult food option is $59.99 (kids $30) & is worth it if you eat 3 times a day/need a drink every 90 mins, as thats the alloted time you can get a new one. Food varies from $17-28 & drinks $4-6 from authorized restaurants. Snacks & drinks from kiosks are not included. Lockers are via purchase ONLY, which is VERY inconvenient. Each set of lockers were $5/ride for 2 hours. They require no loose items on many if not all rides. Now that we know, I recommend purchasing the $14/day unlimited teansfering locker pass which allows you to use all locker rental sites for that price all day. Certain rides & restaurants didnt open at the park open but an hour later, at 11am. Starbucks & coffee co, dippin' dots are served here. The rides itself are so incredibly fun & thrilling! Barely any wait times at all & some we just walked on. Defintely wear good shoes as you will get your daily steps in and give those mall walkers a run for their..shoes? Lol. There are many things to do their for special experiences, like feeding the rays, sharks or seals, dolphin encounters, flamingo water boats and more, all separate charges. A couple sections like the island area were shut down for a good portion of the day. The app was inconsistent in reliability to use throughout the park. We relied on Google maps/physical park maps, & asking park team members about rides & what's open. But overall, a bit expensive but very thrilling. Pipeline (the stansing one) is so cool!

What an incredible place. Amazing shows and rides. Not nearly as crowded as Disney or Universal. Couldn’t have loved this place more. Can’t wait to return!!

The visit was a complete disappointment. We had purchased the ticket with All Day Dining and Quick Queue online four days prior. After entering the park, we had to go to Guest Services to get our wristbands. There were about 20 people in line. Only two counters were open; the remaining employees were chatting amongst themselves rather than working. We waited 45 minutes for our wristbands. The All Day Dining option is only valid for certain restaurants and only for certain dishes within those restaurants. The Quick Queue option also doesn't apply to all rides. Furthermore, many restaurants and attractions were closed. This wasn't mentioned anywhere when we purchased the tickets. The prices for food and drinks in the park are outrageously overpriced. $22 for a handful of fries and four chicken tenders! The park is essentially an amusement park with individual animal enclosures. In conclusion, it's a complete rip-off and not worth visiting.

Currently at the park $35 for parking is a big rip off. On top of that biggest concern is the bathrooms. They are not well maintained and when your with a toddler is disgusting. (No paper towels as well) Location needs better cleaning protocols. Employee are so unhappy and not helpful. Sent me to 4 different locations for a towel

Parking is pricey, best to go during on a weekday on the off season. Friendly staff over all. The dolphins were cool. They need better water station, the fountains looked dusty and outdated. Overall a good time for the price! Recommend buying online!
