The dolphins are very interesting. The facility in general is very outdated and needs updating. Some of the staff like the Dolphins encounter were great and very nice. The admission staff was rude and in some the stores the staff was not friendly at all.

Went here for Hall-O-Scream it was amazing! Loved the shows, scare zones, rides, etc. Everything was great! Videos shown are of the show called Full Throttle.

We’re Fun Pass holders and usually love SeaWorld, but our last visit was disappointing. During the Halloween scavenger hunt, a staff member tore my 7-year-old daughter’s completed map in front of her when she asked to keep it as a souvenir and she started to put 5 or 6 stamps and she ruined the map. She left in tears. I hope the park teaches staff to be kinder with children.

Our favorite of the Orlando theme parks. Go to the big one for the memories and come here for the experience. Interaction with the animals makes it amazing!

Really bad operations. Everywhere only 1 train. Super super slow operators. App isn’t working right. Negativ vibe in the whole Parc.

Just had a very unpleasant experience at this park overall. It seems no one on the staff knows what they're doing, and around 75% of the staff are very rude and seem to hate being there. I paid extra money for one of their exclusive penguin tours, but the information on the app, the pamphlet, and the information provided by the staff were all different regarding timing, location, and what the actual tour entailed. No one knew what they were talking about! This park really tries to nickel and dime you for everything too, including making you pay $20 for lockers "for safety" for the most milquetoast "thrill" rides that Disney or Universal would just let you carry your bags on to.
