Felt like they should have tour guides but it was really nice all around great place for the kids to see exotic fish and experience a fun a great restaurant

Don’t come hear they take people’s money and don’t provide them with tickets that were paid. They proceed to tell you it was your banks fault. How is this possible if I tried to obtain tickets from the kiosk machine two different times with two different forms of payment and both times my payment went through with no tickets. This is robbery!!! I have proof my payment went through with no tickets !!!! Don’t come here !!!

So, the place really isn’t “bad”, but it’s definitely more for kids. We booked a birthday package which was pretty pricey, and it wasn’t up to par with the price. We got brought up into a half aced decor room and had minimal drinks and snacks. There was cheese pizza which was IMO the biggest downfall. It was really nasty and I wish they offered more options. The staff was great though, I just think my daughter and the party was too old for the majority of the package. I thought there’d be more but there wasn’t. The aquarium itself isn’t bad at all really. It’s truly aimed towards children. It’s not as big as you’d think and it took about an hour or so to finish. That’s with us taking our time. I’d say it’s worth going if you’re in the area, but I wouldn’t book anything. The touch tank was everyone’s favorite.! It’s definitely not worth the price, but it is a good child experience.

What's there is great but an absolute ripoff. Well over $100 for 3 people then they try and charge an additional $40 for crappy photos. Won't be going back.
