I am not a stranger to Concord Mills shopping area, but my family and I wanted to check out Sea Life for the first time. The staff were very friendly, professional, and full of GREAT enthusiasm! If I could rate just the environment and the team’s overall customer service, I would have given 5 stars without hesitation. However, we were not pleased by the size of the aquarium. It was very small and the walk through time is only about 15-minutes. The price was definitely NOT worth it at all! Maybe consider adding more to the place, or having more reasonable prices for families. Great team though!

I took my daughter who is non verbal autistic to see the fish which she loves dearly. We got in line bought our tickets and started to go inside. At first it was over whelming for her and a staff member noticed and immediately offered a sensory pack to us. Another staff member let us know when then groups of moved ahead and opened the door for my daughter to see the fish and we went inside. I noticed during our walk through the displays there was a person giving training to other employees on how to assist people with all of different special needs. It was impressive to say the least. The staff was very kind and caring throughout the entire sea life display. Well trained, very kind, and amazing staff and we had an amazing experience because of that. Thank you so much on behalf of myself and my daughter.

Wish it was bigger but overall it was a nice spot to check out. I live aquariums and watching the sea life the area in filled with other thing to do as well as food. So it make for a good spot with tons to do around it. You can buy tix there or in advance but there was no wait when I went. It was a little crowded inside but its expected.
