It is small but with it to us to go. We enjoyed the walking tube and RV l never felt rushed. Staff was super sweet. We fed the rays and enjoyed the touch tank.

It’s fun for adults too! The place isn’t too big, so there’s not much walking, but the exhibits are well-organized and interesting. If you buy the photo they take at the entrance, you can download several fun, edited versions to your phone. I wasn’t sure if I should buy it, but once I got home, I was glad I did!

LOVE!! Go earlier in the day, otherwise it gets packed with kids. The staff is so helpful and educational. I wish it was less crowded.

Such a fun place! Poet small and overpriced but I love aquariums and could sit and watch all day. Thank you for supporting the military!

I am not a stranger to Concord Mills shopping area, but my family and I wanted to check out Sea Life for the first time. The staff were very friendly, professional, and full of GREAT enthusiasm! If I could rate just the environment and the team’s overall customer service, I would have given 5 stars without hesitation. However, we were not pleased by the size of the aquarium. It was very small and the walk through time is only about 15-minutes. The price was definitely NOT worth it at all! Maybe consider adding more to the place, or having more reasonable prices for families. Great team though!

We enjoyed our visit. The explorer activity was fun but frustrating as not all of the POI were available. I guess some had been torn down and not replaced so we couldn't complete all the missions. If yourtgoing to charge for the activity, you should be able to complete it. Had it been complete, it would have been a great way to engage my kiddo. Staff was super friendly and helpful! Shout out to Jasmine who helped fill in some blanks on the explorer activity.

Insanely expensive, no ticket to anywhere that takes less than an hour to walk through should be over 30 bucks a person.
