absolutely amazing experience 10/10 would recommend. I think out of all the excursions you can do at st. martin this is the best bang for your buck. The staff was phenomenal, very friendly and fun to be around or talk with. Showing us how to dive and helping people out. The food was delicious and filling. Can drink as much as you want. beautiful water and swimming spot. as far as snorkeling goes you go to 2 spots the first has some cool features in the water (submarine, helicopter, statue) and some fish. Nothing insane but plenty to see and enjoy. Second spot had very few fish but the water was pristine and beautiful with a barracuda swimming around. I also was very grateful they didn’t force you to wear a life jacket because that defeats the purpose of snorkel and fin equipment. So you can dive down and do what you want. Overall extremely satisfied with the crew, food, snorkeling, swimming, and experience.

Had a great 5 hour trip on the Phoenix while visiting St Maarten. The staff was great. They offered pound cake and fruits when first boarding. During the trip you could get unlimited beer, rum punch, soda, and water. We had 2 stops for swimming and they provided all the great to have fun. Finally they made a delicious lunch with teriyaki chicken and coconut rice.

Rasheed and his crew were very professional and accommodating. The crew of 4 paid close attention to detail and cared for the 44 passengers swimmingly. The captain had great knowledge of the island, our destinations and made my son feel comfortable navigating the beautiful catamaran next to him. The 5 hr tour was beautiful, well worth the $ you will pay to get a taxi the boats “Bobby’s Marina”. Or you can take the ferry from the boat dock to the Marina, that costs $5/person. The food was great, drinks were plentiful and the crew genuinely made us feel welcome. Would highly recommend, kid friendly and amazing customer care.

This was a fun day enjoying the water and getting to swim, free drinks and lunch was provided. The crew were very knowledgeable, nice, and helpful. We felt the price per person was a bit high: there wasn’t a lot of space to move around, and if you needed shade you had to crowd around with others inside, so perhaps there were too many on board. We also felt there could have been snacks or more food at lunch - there was some fruit when you got on board but not enough, and no where to hold onto it. Several people were mentioning being hungry or wishing for snacks later in the day. They were very helpful with snorkel gear and instructions, but a lot of their attention was on several guests who had never swam before, so you’re kind of on your own for where to go and what to look at. We were hoping to be able to use the stand up paddle board but again, the staff was too busy with guests who needed more attention. Bathrooms were nice, clean and easy to move around in. It was a beautiful day with plenty of drinks and sunshine, just be prepared to bring sunscreen, towels, a hat, and even snacks would be good!

Enjoyed a wonderful 5 hour trip on 12/08 with 6 other family members and friends. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to our mostly senior citizen group! The food was delicious! Many thanks to Captain Rasheed, Camille, Jacob and Brandon. Looking forward to returning!

Excellent! They knew exactly how to appropriately handle a group of people on their boat. The crew was excellent, the food was excellent, and the captain even knew to steer around some small localized little rain clouds. It was a very rewarding trip!

Guido, der Inhaber und Kapitän versteht es durch besondere Herzlichkeit die ca. fünfstündige Tour einmalig zu gestalten. Die Stopps, u.a. zum Schnorcheln sind wunderschön, geprägt von einzigartiger Natur und fernab von "Massentourismus". Das Essen ist großartig (sogar ganz frisch vor Ort zubereitet), es gibt gekühlte Getränke und die Stimmung der gesamten Crew herzlich, motiviert und positiv. Die Organisation war zudem sehr zuverlässig. Ich kann mich daher nur für diesen besonderen Tag bedanken und die Phoenix Charter-Tour ehrlich empfehlen.

Everything about our time on The Phoenix was superb. Guido, the owner/captain/scuba guide, was fantastic & demonstrated great leadership by allowing Captain Dave and the rest of our crew the room to perform their roles with great skill. The attentiveness of this whole team made it a memorable experience. I only wish we would've thought to bring a waterproof pouch for our phones on the snorkel dive. Those would've been great photos to share at home.

Had a great day on this wonderful catamaran around St Martin. Terrific crew and top notch service. Basic stops - one to snorkel over a sunken sub and helicopter and another to just swim and use the water toys - but incredibly relaxing. Only 13 others on this large cat with us so it felt spacious. Amazing lunch cooked right in the boat. Highly recommend! We booked thru Viator.

We booked the 5 hour snorkeling and swimming trip while on a cruise. We had a tremendous day. They cook a great lunch. The crew and captain were very attentive. It was worth every penny. Loved it. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

The Phoenix day charter is a St Martin must!! The crew does a fantastic job and goes out of their way to provide a personalized experience! My favorite part was the snorkeling. It’s a guided snorkel tour and you get to learn so much about the different snorkel sites. Saw a sunken submarine, plane, and helicopter as well as a stingray, 🐡, and lots of other stunning tropical fish 🐠! Truly an incredible experience!!
