Reviews for Sail The Phoenix

Catamaran trips are my go to when cruising, and I had a blast on The Phoenix. The crew made sure everyone was taken care of, leaving everyone to enjoy their time on ship. I would not hesitate to book them again!

Had a great time on this 5-hour cruise (on Viator as 5 hour luxury catamaran day sail ). Lunch was great, scenery lovely. Snorkeled over a helicopter, plane and other objects. Not a huge amount of fish but others noted a lion fish and other fishes. People who take these types of cruises are usually fun and outgoing so do yourself a favor and book! Great crew as well.

We did a day snorkel and lunch cruise while in town on a cruise. As these types of deals go I thought it was very well done and worth the slight premium over others. The group (which they said was the most the book) was sized to leave us all room to move about, the ship was clean and modern. The lunch was prepared by a dedicated crew member and was delicious and hot - chicken, fresh salad, rice and beans. Very tasty. The bar was a real bar not just some beer and cheap rum punch. The snorkel equipment was well maintained and reasonably new. We really enjoyed the trip.

The Captain Benji, and his crew, couldnt have been more hospitable and gracious. It was obvious they all have experience with hospitality and naturally, sailing. The lunch was delicious, the availability and selection of beverages was delightful. Snorkeling was a great experience, however, the coral is not yet up to being really "live", and colorful. Thoroughly recommend the Phoenix Catamaran Day trip as a must do Island experience.

The program was already poor from the start. In practice, it was even worse because we missed the planned stop at Maho Beach. So, a totally negative opinion. It's not worth it.Marcello

Excellent experience on the Phoenix! The boat, crew, food, and service were all fantastic! We chose this vendor because they limit to 36 people for a boat that holds 54. We saw other vendors sail by with packed boats, and we were so glad we went with this company. The captain and crew were so friendly, and completely devoted to ensuring everyone onboard had a great time. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic time - the boat was beautiful and the staff were wonderful. Lunch was absolutely delicious and there was a wide assortment of drinks. The one downfall was that we did not go where advertised in the description. We went to Little Bay for snorkeling and Simpson Bay for swimming, NOT Mullet Bay and Maho Bay (where the planes come in). Just don't get your hopes up if you have your heart set on the destinations they advertise. Would recommend for a fun day out on a beautiful catamaran.

Nice boat and very friendly crew. Split us into two groups of 18 and thought we would be in two boats but we were in one boat and they split us for lunch. We stopped to snorkel off shore but not very much to see Then we went further around coastline and had a swim around boat and lunch Crew, boat and lunch were very nice Trip not what expected . No beach time and just remained on boat for five hours with just two stops offshore Price , safety , directions , crew and lunch were great Itinerary not so much
