GREAT EXPERIENCE EVERYONE IS GREAT
We took our family and friends on this The Pheonix during my recent birthday trip to SXM. The crew was great, very attentive. We had a mix of snorkelers and non-snorkelers with us, which is why we chose this tour over the others that were strictly for snorkeling. No one felt left out. Everyone was able to find a reason to get in the water (mats, SUPs, etc.). The boat itself is very clean and well maintained. They were also able to accomodate the 3 vegetarians in our group. Probably had one too many rum punches but nothing we couldn't walk off in Philipsburg afterward, lol. I will definitely recommend this tour to my travel agency clients.
I would give this charter 10 ⭐️ if I could! My family & I embarked on a BEATIFUL day in a great group of 26. Service was impeccable & lunch was fantastic. Captain & first mate were excellent guides and catered so well to so many needs: we had folks who needed some extra shade, folks who were terrified of the water, folks that were strong swimmers, and even a huge swath of birthdays on board - they catered to us all! That was our second trip to Mullet Bay this trip & it was absolutely spectacular - straight out of a picture book. I cannot recommend this crew enough!!
