We had a wonderful day on the luxury catamaran. Rasheed and his crew were first rate, friendly and attentive to our needs. Lunch was yummy. They took us to interesting snorkel sites and swimming at Mullet Bay. Would totally go again. Great value for the money!

The experience was Top notch. The Captain n Crew were attentive, kind and safety minded. It was relaxing, fun n much better than expected as a “solo guest” meeting a random group of strangers. I felt it was a nice family friendly day, I’ll surely book again, TY all aboard

It was just ok. The crew was mostly worried about getting a tip, but did nothing extra to earn it. The lunch was very basic, uninspiring. We did not travel very far. There has to be better day trips available.

I would not recommend this excursion. We were a group of nine, and from the start the hosts laid out rules and began playing a playlist that the overwhelming majority of attendees did not enjoy. It wasn’t just our group, many people on board asked for the music to be changed to a more inclusive playlist, but those requests were ignored. What made the experience worse was the response to feedback. After someone in our party left a review, the owner (or whoever manages responses) accused us of wanting to “twerk.” That comment was inappropriate and came across as racially insensitive, actually flat out racist. The individuals who were dancing in that way were not part of our group, yet we were stereotyped and grouped together. Additionally, your response inaccurately claimed that our group was the only one to leave early. That is simply not true, in fact several groups exited before us, and we were actually among the last to leave. Overall, this experience was weird and a better representation of expectations on the front end could’ve avoided this. I would strongly caution others before booking, especially if you expect an inclusive atmosphere, and don’t want to listen to elevator music for 5 hours. There plenty of modern good tunes that are NOT explicit that could’ve easily been tailored to the audience but nope because we are black they assumed we all wanted to “twerk”. Shame on you and your staff.

I had a really disappointing experience on this catamaran excursion. From the start, the crew was extremely rigid about the music. We weren’t allowed to make any requests or have any input, with the explanation that different tastes would be “too much” to accommodate. The issue is that the majority of guests clearly didn’t enjoy the music that was being played, yet the crew refused to adjust at all. When concerns were raised, instead of trying to improve the experience, the crew told us they could turn the boat around in the middle of the trip if we had a problem—which is exactly what they did. It felt more like a reaction out of frustration than a professional solution. To make matters worse, the ride back was noticeably rougher, and the crew’s attitude seemed to shift negatively after the decision was made to return. It created an uncomfortable environment for everyone onboard. If this is how they operate, it should absolutely be made clear in the excursion description ahead of time. Guests should know they’ll have no input and that concerns may be handled this way. Overall, it felt unprofessional and not worth the money. I wouldn’t recommend this experience.

We had a great time. Our crew was amazing (Rashee, Camile and Anthony). Camile made an amazing meal for lunch and the spots we anchored were beautiful. If you are looking for a lazy day (or even not so lazy) aboard a sailboat in a sun splashed afternoon this the spot for you.

My wife booked the catamaran trip on The Phoenix. We had great weather and a slight breeze. Group of 40 was met and split into 2. Given instructions then taken aboard and given welcome drinks. We quickly motored to little bay to snorkle. Saw a sunken boat, submarine & helicoptor. Along with many different species of fish. After we pulled anchor and sailed to Mullet Bay where groups were fed lunch (chicken & rice with small green salad) and then given option to swim. We motored back to the dock and saw planes landing at Maho Beach. What a great day! Great staff. Great food and Great memories!!!

This experience was amazing. The crew were very polite, knowledgeable about the waters and the island, and fun. It me and my friends first time in the ocean and were terrified lol but they made us feel comfortable enough to concur our fears. Food and drinks were also amazing!

Almost everything about the tour was amazing. The staff was great, food was good, and the boat was nice. However, I specifically booked this because I thought I was going to be a quiet, relaxing boat cruise. The crew brought a speaker and blared music extremely loud. I was able to tolerated it until I got seasick after having water in my ears from snorkeling. The loud base was making me so sick. I almost threw up. I have never got sick on a boat before. I asked the crew three times to turn down the music and they said they would, but nothing significant happened. I would’ve been fine had it not been for the music that was sending me over the edge. I moved to the right side of the boat that was slightly quieter. About 40% of the passengers were over the age of 40 and I’m pretty sure none of them appreciated the music. Playlist could use some help too. Just be aware that you’re not allowed to go onto shore. So if you do get sick, you’re pretty much stuck on the boat or in the water. M

Nice catamaran, but relatively little shade. Dont be fooled by the 18 people limit shown on the website, that is only if you privately hire the entire yacht, there were about 40 on our charter. Friendly and young crew but there was a massive JBL speaker playing rap and hip-hop music very loudly the entire trip. Last hour was loads of shots. If you are after a peaceful sail then this probably isnt the catamaran for you.

This was a great trip with a fantastic crew. The snorkeling spot was fun. The lunch that was prepared on board was so fresh and delicious. We saw so many planes landing and taking off at the Maho beach anchor. Definitely worth your time!
