We had an absolutely fantastic day on this catamaran trip in Saint Maarten! From the moment we stepped aboard, the crew was friendly, attentive, and incredibly professional. They did an outstanding job taking care of everyone on board. While we were fortunate not to experience seasickness ourselves, several passengers did, and the crew went above and beyond to help them feel comfortable and cared for throughout the trip. The snorkeling was amazing, and we loved seeing the beautiful coral and marine life. One of the highlights was snorkeling over the sunken helicopter and submarine and enjoying the stunning scenery around the island. The boat itself was beautiful, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food was excellent, and the drinks kept flowing all day. The crew made sure everyone was having a great time, keeping us entertained, informed, and well taken care of from start to finish. This was truly one of the highlights of our vacation. If you’re looking for a fun, relaxing, and memorable day on the water in Saint Maarten, we highly recommend this catamaran excursion. First I just want to say that this is my personal experience and while this is no fault of the crew, I did not have a great time at all. The whole ride was swaying really bad and I was really seasick. (I been seasick before but not like this) Not even three pills of Dramamine could keep my food down. During the whole trip, I was throwing up left and right. All I can do was to put my head down at the table and couldn’t move an inch during the whole 5 hours of the trip. All the staff crew was nice and supportive, they kept bring me throw up buckets and gave me ginger ale to help me feel better. But because of the terrible swaying of the ship I just feel terrible and horrible. I felt very dizzy and just very horrible. This after effect carried over and lasted 3 days and I can’t even enjoy my cruise either. If you ask me about my experience personally I do not think this catamaran is worth it at all and it is certainly not worth the $139 I paid for myself, especially since all I did was sit there with my head on the table. I did not have a good experience.

We had an incredible experience on the Luxury Day Sail aboard Sail The Phoenix! The boat was beautiful, the scenery was breathtaking, and the entire trip was relaxing from start to finish. Their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine concern made a huge difference and ensured everyone was as comfortable as possible. The service was exceptional, the atmosphere was perfect, and the crew made us feel welcome throughout the entire excursion. This cruise was very nice and definitely worth the price. The staff was very entertaining and extremely friendly. There were drinks and snacks a soon as you walk on board and the lunch was freshly prepared excellent! The kids enjoyed themselves and would definitely do again if we return to the island. Shout out to the staff, you guys were amazing!

Amazing experience johnny made sure he stayed with my niece during snorkeling to ensure she made it back to the boat safe and tony also made sure everyone who was in the water had a great time we got to see a starfish for the first time ever camile made great food it was a great experience binjy was incredibly nice all staff were incredibly nice camile made great lemon drops we are so grateful for the experience and hospitality we will be back :)

Amazing adventure!! The crew were fantastic. The boat was beautiful and well kept. We were lucky enough to be in the area of the Beach front airport and have a full size jet airliner fly overhead. The drinks were flowing, they actually mixed whatever we asked for, no cheap premixed punch on this sailing. Snorkeling Equipment was high quality. On our second stop they put out the floating mats and had foam noodles for all. Overall a great excursion, would definitely recommend.

The Phoenix day cruise was a 1000/10. The staff was amazing and friendly. The cruise was smooth and clean, the food was excellent and the vibes were always amazing
