Such a great tour! Tania (unsure if spelt correctly) was wonderful. Welcoming, energetic, knowledgeable and a perfect guide and companion on this adventure! She chose wonderful and diverse spots and dishes as well. And accommodating to food allergies!

Zero customer service - really disappointed
Refused to reschedule or help us due to severe sickness. Woke in the early hours very sick - on the day we were supposed to do our tour. I Messaged and asked if we could reschedule - got a generic response about terms and conditions. I wasn’t asking for a refund, we wanted to move back a few days and we were really looking forward to it. My partner was very sick. Nothing offered to help or assist, but a 30% discount code when we want to rebook. A reschedule would have cost nothing to the tour, but good customer service. We lost our £200 tickets. We won’t be rebooking.

Lots to taste! Very nice walking tour of Roma too. All the restaurants were excellent. Nice eclectic and interesting stops. Plenty to eat. Our guide Stephanie was a pleasure and and architect too.

Be careful - cancelled tour after one dish and still charged
Please be very aware of this tour!!! I arrived at 12.15 as requested for a group tour which was more than USD 100. 4 other guests did not show up for the tour after I waited 45m. From the outset the female guide was very rude. I mentioned I had a bad stomach, and she told me it must be because I had been in Japan. I was so upset by the comment which I found offensive I went to sit outside while the other guests arrived. After lots of waiting and a lot of debate I was told I needed to join another group, who were already several stops ahead of me. The guide then cancelled the tour after only one piece of bread and ham. The tour is supposed to be up to 10 people (which would be more than 1,000 USD for the guide company). Clearly they could not be bothered when I was only one person. The guide was consistently rude. I sent a video of her on the phone moaning about the job to Viator, and they did nothing. I have contacted by credit card company and have sent this review and the videos to show what a scam this is. There is simply no reason a company like this can be charging USD 100 even if they aren't racist and rude.

Delicious Roma Food Tour
Our guide, Camilla, was excellent. So knowledgeable about the foods we ate, the local neighborhood and local history. We went 6 places in 4+ hours, at a leisurely pace, sampling varied foods and drink. Our little group (there were 6 of us) enjoyed everything.

A wonderful tour! Jimena was a lovely and knowledgeable guide. Many stops along the way, but easy level-walking on the Historic Center tour. There was a lot of interesting architecture and history along the route as well. A great variety of traditional Mexican dishes and perhaps the most plentiful food I’ve had on a tour. Arrive hungry! Highly recommended!

Our tour guide Johana was very knowledgeable about the cuisine and their origination. The 6 restaurants that we visited offered an array of flavorful dishes (tapas style). This was a great walking tour with historical context about Roma, which was an added bonus. She was engaging, enthusiastic and personable.

The tour with Daniela was amazing! We tried so many different foods and from different places within Centro. You will not leave the tour hungry! Daniela was very kind to surprise me with a birthday dessert after learning at the start of the tour I was in Mexico for my birthday. Beyond the food you will learn about the interesting history and architecture of some of the historic buildings in Centro.
