We had such a great time with Sabores Mexico Food Tours! Our guide Jossi was amazing—her knowledge of Mexican food and culture brought every stop to life and her energy infectious. You can tell she really loves what she does and is proud of where she comes from , it made the experience so much fun. The food stops were fantastic—each one was at trusted, independent restaurants serving incredible authentic dishes. Everything was thoughtfully chosen. My personal highlights were the tostadas, exploring the lively Coyoacán market, and of course, the coyotes! Big thanks to the entire team for putting together such a thoughtful and organized tour and for leaving us in such good hands with Jossi. Highly recommend if you want to eat amazing food and learn about the Mexican food and culture at the same time!

Johana is a fantastic tour guide who took great care in showing us the amazing culinary highlights of Mexico City. She contextualized the cuisine within the rich history of Mexico and all of its evolutions. She is incredibly well-spoken and knowledgeable about each stop on the tour. I had more than enough to eat and drink, all of it delicious. The walk was also quite easy and relaxed. Highly recommend.

Wonderful overview of Mexican cuisine

This tour was a highlight of our trip to Mexico City. Our guide was Johana and she was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, personable, fun, and full of information about the food, the culture, and history. The tour included a thoughtful selection of varied restaurants and foods, each one with a different story. Highly recommend this tour and Johana.

This tour was amazing. Annamarie and Manse did a fantastic job telling us about the history of the area, some of the architecture, and of course the delicious food and drinks we tasted along the way. I loved that it focused on mostly family run places with long histories in the neighborhood. It was perfect in every way.

Must-go food tour!

This was a fantastic food tour! It was the perfect balance of food, history and walking. We tasted foods local to Mexico City and tried things from other regions in Mexico as well. Jossette took us past several beautiful historical landmarks and shared their history as well. I loved the mix of establishments from food stands to lovely restaurants. I highly recommend this tour!

Monse was an energetic and knowledgeable guide who smoothly led us to six different tacquerias covering a wide variety of geographic and culinary choices. We felt very comfortable and quite full by the end of the tour.
