My husband and I spent a wonderful and delicious evening with Manse tasting tacos and drinking Mezcal! Manse was personable, knowledgeable about the food/drink and fun to be with. I highly recommend this tour, you won’t be sorry!!!

What a fabulous food and booze tour! Also a lot of history about the cantinas. Jorge was a fabulous guide and very informative. We ate some great food and some different drinks. Highly recommend this tour. Would of never visited these great cantinas if it wasn’t for this tour

The food was great, drinks were great, the walking and culture was the perfect amount, and our guide Josette was so nice, friendly, and accommodating. Seriously, do yourself a favor and book this tour whether it's your first visit to Mexico City, or even if you've been before like we have!

Our guide was excellent - enthusiastic, organized, kind- and the restaurants selections and variety were superb. Very enjoyable afternoon. We were VERY full afterwards and couldn't eat any more that day!!

Josette was an excellent hostess. There were 8 of us and we were so well taken care of, that we were able to relax and enjoy each other’s company. I ate the bugs at the market, tried a fruity drink with tequila and possibly the best ceviche I’ve ever eaten. And there were 3 more stops! Recommend doing this your first or second day so you can go back to a favourite.

Wonderful tour
We had a wonderful tour today. 5 hours of walking around Mexico City with Jimena. She showed us around and took us to some wonderful places to try authentic and modern Mexican food. She has a bubbly personality and was born and lived in Mexico City all of her life. We met some lovely people on the tour. I can recommend the tour and would also recommend asking for Jimena, an outstanding young lady.

Historic Center Food Tour
The tour and historical perspective was the perfect balance. Miram our guide for the day was entertaing, fun and knowledgeable. We stopped at so many wonderful places and tasted many dishes from lovely restaurants, to the Market, to outdoor vendors and ending it all at a busy local pastry shop. The tour was 5+ hours and so worth it to see and feel the city. I loved the Market as it was colorful and bustling with many different offerings. Another favorite was the cantina with lively background and snacks that were actually fun small dishes that change daily. This was the highlight of our trip. Thank you Miriam for making the day so fun for family!! The booking was great too, we accidentally booked Spanish tour and immediately sent an email. They texted back the next morning and got us on an English speaking tour for next day. Truly appreciated the quick response and helping us out.

Fun and informative food tour!
Great way to experience many different food options in the Centro Historico while also learning a lot of the history of the area. Our guide, Tania, was excellent and this was a very fun way to spend an afternoon while eating and drinking your way around a very interesting area of Mexico City!

Great food and fun
The Taste of Old Merida food tour hosted by Dania was an awesome experience. We had tried 8 really unique locations which had authentic tasting experience displaying truly great tasting foods. Dania was a great host with great knowledge of the area and the foods being offered. In the end it was lots of great food enjoyed with great company. A definite must try.

Great food, great city!
I really enjoyed this tour! Dania was great, we ate tons (and tons) of great food, learned a lot, and saw many new parts of the city. The tour group was fun and friendly, and everyone we interacted with was kind. I would highly recommend this for friends and family!

A delicious adventure.
This was a delicious and fun experience. Our guide took us to lovely and interesting venues and the food was terrific. She was really great at accommodating my dietary requests. Meeting others in a group like this was an adventure unto itself and I totally recommend this tour for anyone.
