Cheap, flimsy, and overpriced kayaks and confusing pick up. Rented 2 kayaks and received both a broken paddle and broken air valve. Owner was helpful in triaging afterwards but would not recommend- better kayak rental options elsewhere in banff and Canmore

Wonderful scenic and wildlife tour this morning, Dale made sure we saw the bears we were hoping to see 🙂 He was very knowledgeable about all things Banff, and we learned lots of new things about the area. Highly recommend his tours!!

We booked an evening tour with Radventures around Banff. And we were really happy having done so. Sean was such a relaxed and knowledgeable guy. His tour to the major natural surroundings of Banff offered a good overview, lots of information and quite some wildlife along the way. Strongly recommended.

Dale was very patient with all the changes we did to the schedule. Sean was an awesome guide. Catered to our requests and managed to keep us in line to visit the various spots. Would definitely recommend this company for tours around Banff.

Went out for the day with Radventures (Dale) around the Banff area of Canada 🇨🇦. I jokingly asked Dale " I want to see animals Dale and birds not including cows ive seen cows " Dale didn’t disappoint ! Let my photos do the talking we found Bear Cubs climbing trees ! I've give Radventures 5 stars ! Great day out i would recommend you book early dont miss out.

The family had an excellent day out with Tia today. We liked the fact she was easy going, knew the area well and accommodated us where possible. The kids learnt a lot about all the national parks as well as all the scenic places they visited today. If anyone’s looking for a day tripper, look up Radventures! Thanks again Tia!

My mom and I had the best time. Thank you, Sean, for turning a rainy day into a fun adventure along the Icefields Parkway. While there was a lot of fog, you didn’t let anyone or thing rain on our parade! It turned out to be a great small group- 3 people + guide. Perfect for pivoting and making extra stops! I would definitely recommend a trip with Radventures— ask for Sean!

Amazing experience with Redventures and highly recommend it to whoever's going to Alberta for adventures! We went for a 4-day trip over the east side of Alberta with the Eco Camper. The Eco Camper is great for couples to get around. It had everything we needed for the short road trip, including a nice bed structure(amazingly comfortable mattress && pillows!), camping kitchen essentials(stove, cooler, pans, pots, kettle, Moka pot, utensils, kitchen cloths, dish soap etc.) and camping chair & table. Harry was very easy to communicate with and helpful with all the rental paperwork, pickup and dropoff. They are a friendly and down-to-earth company/business. We recommended them to all our friends and would recommend them to everyone!

We flew into Calgary and rented a Radventures van to take to a music festival. The experience was so easy and convenient, I would recommend it to anyone! They offer free airport pick up and drop off which is amazing for anyone flying in. All we had to do was pack suitcases, and everything else was ready in the van for us (cookware, chairs, table, extra blankets, etc). The bed & bedding was incredibly comfortable (more comfortable than my bed at home), and everything was clean. Harry was very friendly and easy going, and made our trip a breeze. This van & experience was everything we needed to make our adventure perfect. We will absolutely be renting again for our next trip. A 10/10 experience!

Sean showed my family and I around Banff in May 2022. We saw the highlights of Banff through Sean and had an amazing time. Sean is knowledgeable about the places and it was nice to learn about the history as we were there or driving by. While words can’t describe the views in Banff, they can describe the customer service we received. Sean was very approachable, pleasant and polite. He was patient with all of our questions. He took pictures for us and with us and always offered to help when he could (like helping our grandma step off the van or hold our coffees when we needed to use the bathroom). We all had a great time, glad we booked this tour and glad we got Sean as our guide. Highly recommend.

Highly recommended ! We had a great time boarding the local lakes with Meaghan. We booked a private tour for the two of us and we’re so happy we did. Everything was taken care of and learned a lot. It’s worth the $$ and we had great photos taken of us.

I absolutely suggest trying the Icefields Parkway exploration! Our guide Shawn was great, super chill and a lot of fun, very knowledgeable about the area and all its perks! And the companions on the trip an absolute delight! What is great is that they provide all that is needed for safe hiking, which really came in and for a noobie like me. The day was rich of stuff to do and see, but never rushed. Totally worth it!

I booked the Icefields Parkway Explorer, and would thoroughly recommend it! I was nervous about visiting Banff without a car, fearing I would miss out on seeing places not served by public transport. My initial searches for day trips from Banff only brought up the large-scale, "factory-farmed" tourist trap options... And then I found Radventures - exactly what I was looking for! The small group and friendly guide made it feel more like a day exploring with a group of mates than an official bus tour. I loved the spontaneous flexibility and local knowledge, individually tailoring our trip to suit the weather conditions, wants and needs of the people in the group. The stunning scenery, fantastic guide and dedication towards making the day's events fit the participants, made this trip an absolute highlight of my time in Banff.

I highly recommend touring with radventures. Their customer service is unmatched. I booked my tour with Dale and throughout the experience he was very welcoming, he made sure to answer any questions we had to help us plan out our tour and had periodic check-ins throughout our stay. This continued on when we met Meghan. Meghan took us on a private tour from castle junction up to the ice fields. The drive up was amazing but was made better thanks to Meghan. She is very knowledgeable, a great conversationalist and was accommodating to the last minute changes we made along the way. She even gave us recommendations for additional stops for the remainder of our trip to Vancouver. Radventures isn't just for guided tours though, they also rent out camper vans and in the summer host paddle boarding tours.

Fantastic van! Did a winter fishing trip through the mountains for 4 night and couldn't have been happier with the van. Very warm and the bed was very clean and comfy (I'm 6'2" with back problems) The owner was very friendly and accommodating. Would and have been recommending them to anyone that camps.
