Dale was absolutely responsive to my many questions leading up to the tour day and accommodating to my request for a different pick up location. Having a van for our group of 6 was perfect and was a great way to go! Mitch was a wonderfully fantastic guide and great conversationalist. He was accommodating to the mood of the teenagers in our small group and he let us dictate how much time we spent in which locations based on our preferences all whilst ensuring we didn't miss out on all of the beauty our travel route had to offer. He was even kind enough to return to our condo an hour after drop-off so we could collect some items we forgot in the van. Thank you, Dale and Mitch, for a lovely experience. I won't hesitate to refer my friends and family to Radventures and to look them up for another tour when I'm back up north!

Had a great experience renting one of the vans from Radventures. It was clean, in well-working order, and came with plenty of campsite equipment (sans tent). We had to opt for both contactless pick-up/drop-off due to odd flying hours but Dale and Harry were very helpful and communicative in setting it up to ensure things went smoothly. They provided clear instructions and made the overall experience awesome!

Did the “Go chasing Waterfalls tour” Mitch our tour guide took us to some Amazing treasures of Canada. Places we would not have normally known to explore. He was very knowledgeable about the area and made sure everyone was accommodated and having a great time! We had so much fun on this tour, we asked to book with Mitch the next day on the Best of Banff tour which also exceeded any expectation we had. Beautiful drive, stunning views, great company with our small group. No tight time schedules. Mitch allowed us to choose several options on how our day would go. I would highly recommend these tours.

Shawn was a great guide and had all the fun facts about the area! Our tour group was fun too. While the weather wasn't what IG had advertised, stepping through mud puddles and seeing Banff through the cloud breaks was a real kind of awesome. Thanks, Radventures!

What an awesome time we had with Josh on the Wildlife Adventure and Tia on the Exploring Waterfalls Adventure! They were engaging, entertaining, and informative! I love Banff and you guys were a big part of my introduction to the area. I feel we got to know the hidden gems. Thanks so much!

Today we have an one day tour from Banff to Jasper. The experience is very good. The guide takes us to many places, including both the popular ones and unpopular ones. We left at 8:30am and arrived at Banff around 5:30pm. During the trip, the guide is very friendly and tell us a lot of stories behind the scenes. I fell the cost is also not very expensive and the experience worths the cost.

Awesome small group tour with Radventures for the Icefields Parkway. We saw so many beautiful places - both the well known spots as well as some off-the-beaten path gems. All from the comfort of our van with our amazing guide Mitch who had a wealth of information on all the sights and scenery. We opted in for the lunch which was terrific sandwiches and the picnic spot Mitch took us to was beautiful. The day was perfect and we left with great memories, understanding of the area and incredible pictures.

We did the Banff Highlights and Wildlife tour and had a great time. Josh, our guide, was knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He made sure all guests were comfortable and we had a great time looking for wildlife and learning about the area. He also gave us some ideas for things to do next time we visit Banff. I'd recommend doing one of these tours at the beginning because of the knowledge and recommendations from the guides! We also had a few hiccups with our reservations and Dale, the owner was very responsive and made sure we got our tour booked properly - so great customer service as well!

We had a great trip with Mitch, he explained a lot about the nature and the area. We spotted some elk and moose, unfortunately no bears but it is definitely a recommendation.

Went on two tours a few weeks ago and both were fantastic. Our guides, Josh and Tia were knowledgable and entertaining. They took us to places we never would have got to on our own. Really enjoyed the small group size as well.

Wonderful tour. Though the weather wasn't the best what we did see and do was great. Tia, our tour guide, was great - she was informative and knowledgeable about the area and what we were seeing/doing. She genuinely was concerned with making sure we were all having a good time. Highly recommend this tour.

Spending the day with Radventure was probably the best decision we made on our Banff trip. We hiked Lake Louise, Lake Morraine, and several secluded spots that would never have shown up on any other recommendation site (I won’t spoil the surprises for you). Our guide was beyond fun and knowledgeable; he fit the visits in to our interests and made it customized and tons of fun for us. We got at least two days worth of experience in our one day-long trip, because Dale had things planned out, knew how to beat the tour busses, and had the inside scoop on the most efficient order of awesome sites to reduce tourist traps and congestion. We will use Radventures any time we’re back in town.

Our family had Tia on an all-day trip to Lake Louise, Lake Moraine, Bow Lake, an awesome canyon, and more. Tia was FANTASTIC. She is a phenomenal driver, super knowledgeable about the area, and - best of all, she was incredible with our kids. She made the day a great one!
