The tour was great. I did the Johnson Canyon Ice hike and the Lake Louise Snowshoe/skating. Radventures Canada Supplied all the equipment and instruction I needed, but gave me the freedom to go at my own pace which I loved. They also worked with me to come up with full day adventure. Highly recommend them

Great young organisation who had the nerves to start something up during the pandemic - with success. Had a blast during our month trip in Canada, with great support from the team, ranging from just good tips to being ready for us in case anything was needed. Good is example is that we met up the day after receiving the vehicle as the cooking stove wasn't properly working - they were incredibly helpful and met us right away so we didn't loose a single day on our journey. Van itsself is absolutley fine - old but sturdy - giving everything you need. Equipment probably need some touches here and there (i.e. our van had no outdoor lighting), but all in all - a perfect organisation to help you on your trip through this amazing country. Highly recommended!

We had an awesome experince with Dale and the Radventures crew! Dale was very communicative and ensured we had everything we needed with the "Free Candy" van while we toured the Rockies. We also got some great local travel tips from Mark during our airport transfer from Calgary. Overall wicked experince, highly recommend!

Great shuttle company for getting around Banff. We needed to get a shuttle to a trailhead in the park that wasn't on the route for the parkbus. This company had the best rates we could find, were fast to respond, showed up on time, and were friendly and professional. Would use them again if I go back.

I booked a tour for "Best of Banff" but as I was the only one who had booked, it was cancelled last minute. I understand this was not their fault but I would have liked a better communication when I contacted their customer support through the website to have updates, because the answers were a bit slow, and no other options were proposed to me unless I asked specifically for them. At the end I talked with them via texto and learned I could either pay 170§ to have a private tour / day (which is expensive !!!) or just a rent a paddle at the front desk of my hostel for 50$ and be able to go where I want even by bus. This solution was perfect for me and it was super practical to have the inflatable SUP just given to me at my hostel for the day So at the end of the day, I'm really happy with how everything turned out ! Thanks :)

Rented one of the Maverick vans for a tour through the Rockies and it was an awesome experience. Dale and Harry from Radventures have everything set up perfectly and the trip went even better than expected. Will definitely be renting again in the future!

Mountains are so beautiful!! even though we had some smoke on our trip due to forest fires we still had a great trip and enjoyed our rental. Staff were full of knowledge and gave us a couple of things we wouldn't have seen otherwise.

We did a Maverick minivan campervan rental and was great. Communication was good, pickup and drop off was quick. Campervan was comfy. Great trip!

I had an absolutely awesome experience renting Free Candy for a month. I took this van across the country to explore Canada and visit friends and family. The booking was facilitated by Harry, and he threw in a bunch of extras which was amazing. While on the trip I decided to extend the rental, and Dale and Harry did all kinds of arranging so I could stay on vacation longer. Much appreciated. The pick up and drop off experience was quick and hassle free. Having the van allowed me to stay anywhere and feel safe, rain or shine. And, I had my own space when visiting friends - another bonus. It was also great to have my own space since Covid restrictions varied greatly across the provinces. I would rent again from Radventures in a heartbeat.

Lots of choice out there for paddle board rentals as you can imagine. I’ll be honest, a quick google and 4 minutes of assessing and I chose Radventures because they had the lowest full day price, pickup right in Banff and no cancellation challenges like I read regarding another outfit. I now know that Radventures is more than just the lowest price that I could find, they have impeccable customer service as well. I would highly recommend this outfit, top notch product - at least with respect to the two paddle boards I rented - and service that will keep me coming back. The only thing that I would identify as an opportunity is the pickup location. I get that Banff is ridiculously hard to navigate with a vehicle but it would be great to have parking somewhat close to the pickup. Again, just a minor opportunity. Keep up the great work!

Dale is an exceptional guide and makes for great company while touring around Banff and Yoho National Parks! My brother and I booked the Icefields Explorer full-day tour and we had an unforgettable experience :) Because we were the only ones who had booked the tour that day, it turned into a private tour where we had requested for Dale to take us to the special spots that can only be accessed by car (we did not have a car during our stay in Banff) and away from the crowds. We visited so many different places that no other tour would have taken us to, in the amount of time we had (Marble Canyon, Numa Falls, Spiral Tunnels, Takakkaw Falls and Emerald Lake). We decided to forgo the Columbia Icefields as it was a bit hazy and the long drive may not have been the best use of our time. The highlight of the trip was Dale's ability to be so flexible with us! We had initially planned on just doing short hikes here and there, but the weather was perfect for SUP and we got to experience SUP for the first time in Emerald Lake. I have no idea how we'll be able to top this experience :) Thank you so much, Dale!

Radventures was great! They saved us when we needed a last minute vehicle for our honeymoon. Dale met us at our hotel and let us return the van at our convenience even when they were closed. He was available via text but luckily we didnt run into any problems. The van was clean and the conditions were well documented so I was not worried about getting fined for any scratches previously made. The sleepervan had everything we'd need for camping. We stayed at a hotel and planned to use it as a vehicle only but it looked so fun that we decided to check out early and camp in the van for a night. It was comfy and we enjoyed the experience.

Well-equipped with everything we needed for a 10 day adventure across the Rockies (Banff, Jasper, Kootenay). My partner and I were comfortable on the bed and had lots of space for our stuff. It was super convenient, especially as we flew out and didn’t have any heavy equipment on us. We did run into a small technical problem with the van (vapor lock). However, Harry and Dale were very professional, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. They helped us figure out what the problem was, how to fix it, and exchanged the van for a new one on very short notice. Turned what could have been a nightmare into a small hiccup (and great story)! I would highly recommend radventures and the Maverick van for a Rockies trip! We had a blast and hope you do too!
