We did the Alii Luau experience. Our guide Sooay was informative and by the end our tour had memorized the names of the entire group. There was so much to see and do and we only did a small portion of what was available to do ( from open to close-8+ hrs). If we had more time in Hawaii we would have gone back, as offered to us. This is a great experience a d when we come back, we will visit again!

The performances during the Luau were wonderful! Thoroughly enjoyed watching hills and the storyline. Ha Breath of Life was worth it. Very entertaining and they’re all incredible performers. 3 stars because the food wasn’t great and an expectation that I really wanted to hit the mark. Not bad, not good, just meh. Majority of it seemed like they ordered from a Chinese restaurant. Fish & Pork roast were bland. The performances really made the experience enjoyable.

Best place on Oahu to experience all of the Polynesian cultures and history . You get a lot of hands on experience as well in the villages. The buffets were really good (we tried both) and the show “HA Breath of Life” is amazing and the best on the island. Most people going don’t realize that all the performers and workers are full time college students and they do an amazing job making the experience great. I had waited and tried for 20 years to go with my husband and family. so they could finally see why I love this place so much. I also finally got to see KAP again (he is my favorite!) and get a photo with him! If you get a chance to go, you’ll know what I’m talking about.

포에버하와이와 쿤카이드님 도움받고 다녀왔는데 강추 합니다! 섬별 문화 체험이 하나하나 빠짐없이 너무 재밌었구요. 일하시는 스텝분들도 웃는 얼굴로 매우 매우매우 친절하세요. 하와이를 단순히 바다와 쇼핑만이 아니라 문화까지 경험하고 싶다면 한 번쯤은 꼭 가볼 만한 곳이라고 생각힙니다. 아이 동반 가족, 부모님과 함께하는 여행이면 더더욱 추천 드리고 하와이 여행에서 색다른 경험을 하고싶으시다~~~ 또는 공연과 문화체험 좋아하시는 분들은 후회 없으실거에요. 강추입니다!

Is it worth the drive from Honolulu? Absolutely. I was surprised at just how much I liked it. Highlights for me: - the New Zealand and Fiji shows. - the buffet particularly the ahi tuna served on the carcass of the ahi tuna - the fire show Ha was good but after 8 hours at the center it felt a little long. Still worth it I think!

Visiting the Polynesian Cultural Center was such a meaningful and memorable experience. The villages were beautifully presented, interactive, and full of history that really helps you understand Polynesian cultures beyond the surface. Our guide, Exel, was excellent and truly made the experience stand out. He was incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and respectful, and shared stories and cultural insights in a way that felt genuine and heartfelt. You could tell he truly cared about educating visitors and honoring the cultures he was representing. Everything felt well organized and intentional — from the demonstrations to the storytelling. This is more than just an attraction; it’s an educational and cultural experience that leaves a lasting impression.

We visited the PCC with our elementary school–aged children. At first, it felt like there wouldn’t be enough time to fully experience all six island cultures, so we prepared carefully in advance by watching @hawaiikhoon2027’s YouTube videos and getting helpful tips from the 포에버하와이 카페, a Korean online travel community. Thanks to that preparation, our self-guided tour turned out to be a truly perfect experience. The highlight was the Ha show we watched after dinner. It’s a beautifully structured show with a strong storyline, and the final fire performance was absolutely breathtaking. Even three days later, that scene is still vivid in my mind—it’s honestly one of the most unforgettable moments of my life. I would highly recommend the Polynesian Cultural Center to anyone visiting Hawaii, especially families with children.
