Cute place for kids for a short time. Place is not real clean. They charge around $30 for the child and $10 for the parents....I guess if you can get away with charging parents $10 to watch their child. Worth doing one time I suppose. You get 2 hours and a wrist band but can't reenter. Kid loses interest in 15 minutes.

My 3 year old daughter has been an annual pass holder for 2 years. Her pass is about to expire so I decided to call in advance to inquire on the exact date. Imagine my surprise when I was told I would need to purchase a pass for myself…when one adult was ALWAYS was allowed free entry with the annual pass for a child. My bf, mother, and myself would rotate taking my daughter to play. Keep in mind there is nothing for parents to do there…barely anywhere to sit. The food is all frozen so we did not utilize our discount with the $140 pass there use to be on food. We would get the pizza at Sbarros before going to Peppa for her to play. Truthfully my time there you rarely see attendants on the floor unless there is a party or Peppa comes out. Although my daughter likes playing there I don’t believe we will be renewing since all of the adults would need to purchase a pass of their own to just take her. Maybe the company should provide better services so the extra money makes sense. See ya Peppa 👋🏽

I've taken my daughter (3) here multiple times, and she's had a blast every single time. It's definitely recommended if your child is a Peppa Pig fan. Even if they aren't, it's perfect for small children to get out all of that built-up energy. If you want to avoid a crowd, then a morning weekday is the way to go. Our most recent trip (February 28, 2025) we went right as they opened at 10 am. The check-in was easy and quick. The facility was very clean. Staff were very courteous, knowledgeable, and great to talk to.

I have 3 annual passes that includes adult entry. I came in and was asked to pay for an adult pass because a 'policy' changed last summer (8 mo ago) and 'we use a 3rd party ticketing system' and the manager could not see my 'combo' pass. I paid $345 for the 3 annual passes that include adult entry. I felt this was just a mix up as I come with my 3 children several times a month for 3 years and have never had an issue until today. Instead the front desk staff spoke bad about me at the front desk, the manager could not locate my 'combo' ticket and choose not to believe me when I said I have a pass that includes an adult and informed me I need to bring the entire ticket in that explicitly says an adult is included every time even though the ticket says I only need to present the bar code for entry. Very disrespectful poor experience. Think twice about spending your time and money here.

I took my daughter and my son to opening day at the new DFW location. It was a great experience! We enjoyed the atmosphere, the rides and the food. We bought season passes so we'll be back. We were able to get the hero pass which allows to get in quickly in the rides since my son has autism and is very impatient.

It's a nice indoor Play area for toddlers and young kids. It can be a bit overwhelming to the senses for adults but there is a good amount of seating and it's a safe environment to let your kids play. Nicole at the front desk was SO helpful in helping us figure out our passes, she's a star employee and has true passion for what she does.

PLEASE hire a company and have this place deep cleaned and issue a NO SHOES for all policy like most indoor playground do. also, having staff monitor more i'm sure would be welcome. more restroom checks and a deep carpet cleaning

Very fun and interactive place for children. Even my teens had fun! 🤩 All of my 5 children were amused! We went on a Saturday and it was not packed due to their hand bracelet system they have a time frame for being inside the indoor playground which really works out!

It seems run down for that price. We went here about two years ago (2023) and came back this winter (2025) nothing has changed there since our first visit. My major complaint is that the floors are not clean. Every carpet needs to be replaced, I couldn't/wouldn't let my baby crawl on the ground here. There is also no one enforcing the no shoes areas so everywhere the ground had road salt from peoples shoes. Staff were nice enough and the bathrooms seemed clean at least but wouldn't recommend.

We've been to this Peppa place a few times, but this last time proved it has gone downhill. The play area did not seem as clean as subsequent visits, and during our time some other child must have vomited on the floor which I am sure happens, but the staff seemed completely unsure how to handle. They sprinkled some white stuff on it and brought other cleaning supplies out (along with that brown 'paper towel' that literally does nothing to clean up a mess) and then started scraping it up with a PIZZA BOX. We left shortly after so I didn't see how they finished cleaning but that was disgustingly inadequate and now I am weary of ever coming here again.
