On Saturday, they close admission at 4 pm even if they advertise that closing is at 6 pm. We found out today when we arrived at 4:20pm and the lady from the front desk told us smiling that we could not enter anymore. Left my kid in tears as his friend was already in. Broke his heart and mine too to see orr fun plans ruined..This should be announced on their website, but it isn't. We will never come back as I think they should be more sensitive as their business involves children. If you list your schedule as open until 6pm, they should admit everyone with at list one hour before closing.

Not worth it at all. We were very disappointed. I bought the “unlimited digital photo” package and it’s nothing but false advertising. You pretty much pay $10 for 1 photo but then have to pay $30 after that just to actually get the photo.The play areas were gross. The play areas lacked attention and needed to have the toys reset to their proper place. Instead the mailroom piece were all the way across the room in the theatre. There were no employees present in the play areas. No paper towels in the restrooms. There’s no real security and you can bring whatever you want into the area despite the “no food or drink” rules. There were plenty of kids wearing their regular shoes in the play areas instead of socks. Peppa wasn’t even there to meet as advertised so my kids were upset and crying by the time we left. Also, $22 per parent ticket just to stand there is ridiculous. This was not worth it at all.

While our kids had a fantastic time enjoying all the activities, we couldn’t help but feel that the pricing for plastic toys and individual digital photos was quite high. It would be great to see more value-driven options, such as bundled photo packages or higher-quality souvenir choices. We truly appreciated the experience overall, and a few pricing adjustments could make it even more enjoyable for families.

Absolutely great place for kids !! So much fun and all about peppa theme. They can spend all day paling there and eat food inside.

We drove 4.5 hours to get here and it did not disappoint. The kids loved it they had lots of stuff for them to do and the food was not that bad. However, the muddy puddles carpet area needs some love since people walk on there with shoes on.

2nd time visiting and we like the experience. Shoes should be required to be taken off at the door with socks provided. This was once a very clean place but now you can see the carpets and floors are really dirty and it shows. Not sure we will come back until/if it’s ever deep cleaned.

We drove over two hours to visit and we loved it. My girls had so much fun! The staff was nice and it was not over crowded. The gift shop toys were very reasonable price. We will definitely be back.

I bought a annual ticket we’re came at 3:45 Pm they’re not let us in how can i bought a whole year ticket for!!!!!!! Woodfield location not event ask us just told us was closed. I’m so upset for this today!!!!
