I had the worst experience at this playground. This is the first playground I’ve ever been to where adults have to pay for entry as well, making it quite expensive—without any clear reason why. There’s no staff inside, only at the entrance. The rules seem inconsistent, as some kids were wearing shoes while others had only socks. The worst part? There was urine on the floor, and both my child and I unknowingly stepped in it, getting our socks wet. Absolutely unacceptable. I would never go there again.

It was not what we thought. Everything was stationery. We bought ticket for that and Lego Land, but there no mention of it or how to get to it. The price was to much for what we got. Peppa pig was dirty. Need to have that suit cleaned.

Make sure you watch the entrance hours - you cannot enter after 3pm. So if your child attends school during the week, purchasing the weekly membership is totally not worth it.

This was an amazing experience for my daughter and her friend. I love the fact that they have a splash pad that was open during our visit (March 8 25), I couldn’t believe it was 80 degrees there that day lol so the splash pad being open was awesome. The tickets are a little pricey! I paid about $100 for just my 7 year old and I. You are able to bring outside food and drinks in which I think is absolutely amazing. The rides here are mostly for toddlers, about 4 years old and up. There’s only 2 rides infants can get on (the water boat, and sky balloons) other rides are not safe for infants, even with an adult. (Witnessed adults with babies around 2 and under stand in line and got turned around because the infant/toddler didn’t meet the height requirements to ride with a parent) they can however play at the splash pad and the peppa pig park (Playground) as well as another play station located near the exit. There is a live show where Peppa comes out and takes pictures with the children. There is plenty of parking space and the location is in the heart of everything. I highly recommend.

Great park for little ones! The kids had a blast—plenty to keep them entertained. The space is bright, clean, and comfortably warm. Our 2- and 4-year-olds had so much fun! There’s also a small café where you can grab a snack. The staff is very polite and welcoming.

Our grandbabies had a great time that's why I'm giving it 4 stars. In my opinion it's over priced I don't think the parents should be charged for watching their kids play. I understand that businesses have to make money but I didn't feel like it was worth $104 for 2 kids and 2 adults. We were supposed to go to the new Peppa Pig Theme Park but it started raining so we ended up here.

This place was great and I would give it a 4.5 stars. It is emersive and is very large with lots of stuff for the kids to do. The familiar characters are all over the place and they even have peppa and Ms. Rabbitsl's house for kids to play in. The only issue I had with it was they have tricycles and they expect a 3 year old not to drive out of daddy dogs garage area with them. My suggestion would be of they don't want the tricycles leaving that area, they should probably fence that area in so they cant leave. Other than that, great place, would love to go back.

Bought tickets online the day before. As we were on our way the place was closed. No email warning me. I had to go to the website to find that out. A whole day wasted. Extremely frustrating, can't even make a call to get a refund because there is no phone number to the actual "store" I found phone numbers that lead me to nothing. Not even an answering machine. I will never do that again.

I appreciate that the facility opens at 10a.m. on a Sunday, two hours before the mall opens so we can avoid crowds. We are typically there with other parents with little children. We have visited twice in less than three months, and while I appreciate the safe and relatively clean environment, I am hopeful that they will upkeep with the normal wear and tear of the equipment. I also hope that they will do a better job in enforcing a no shoes rule in specific areas to keep the place cleaner and safer for our children to not get stepped on.
