Peppa Pig World was very small. The kids had a lot of fun, and it was sweet watching them enjoy themselves, but I expected a little more from the space. The kids enjoyed taking pictures with the Peppa Pig mascot. I will say, the young lady who helped me at the register was very kind and cool she really stood out.

So much fun for my little one! We took her when she could walk at 11 months old. A lot to see and do here! Best time to come on the weekday. A must for Peppa Pig fans! Plenty of cute pictures and memories to be made.

I used to love taking my daughter here, but not so much anymore. The theming and attractions here are awesome! Sadly, it feels like it hasn't been kept up on. A lot of areas had broken or missing pieces, shoes haven't been taken off in a lot of areas which has lead to icky carpet, and the bathrooms are routinely not clean, as well as no hand sanitizer being filled throughout the establishment. Until they are able to fix those things, it's not worth the $50-60 it is for a family of three.

The employees told my brother he could not longer visit as it was considered to be out of his age range. He was only nine years old at the time. Personally I think it was because he has autism and he acts differently than others. When I say differently I mean he is more energetic and lively than other kids. He did not behave bad and was actually very kind, he was just excited. It disgusts that a park catered towards children would discriminate against a child. Peppa would not stand for this!!

Kid had fun. Absurd that adults have to pay to enter. We would come far more often if parents could accompany their kids without paying for entry. Yes Peppa Pig people, you would make more money this way. And you wouldn't build ill will in the parents who pay all your bills.

We love coming to the World of Play however, an employee by the name of MILES has made it SO UNPLEASANT for us that we even stopped coming for the first few months after she got hired. Not once, but TWICE when we came in, did Miles try to make us purchase tickets on top of our anytime annual passes. Every single time we come to the play area, there's always a problem with Miles specifically. Today was just like any other experience with her, negative and unpleasant. When we visited, she was extremely rude to my child & I. After being asked to leave by Miles, (we opened an outside snack), she came over to the table we were still occupying and proceeded to clean. Are we no longer being human and waiting for people to leave before we clean???? It's so disappointing that we paid so much money on our Anytime Annual Passes and our time constantly gets cuts short because of your one employee. All in all, don't come to the play area if you want to have a good, enjoyable time.

Dont bother to go. Arrived 445..15 minutes before closing...As 500 pm is posted on THEIR website. Manager obviously in a hurry to leave closed the register 15 min before closing.I drove 40 min to get there before closing. The manager didnt care. "Were closed." Unprofessional and truly lacking value in customer service!

We've been coming here for over three years with an annual subscription. Haven't been here for a while since we don't live close, but this time the guy said that we needed adult passes ($9 each). I would totally understand if they wanted to charge for EXTRA adults to come in, but the price of one adult should be built into the child pass (unless you are willing to take the kids alone while I find myself a massage chair outside). The website is also very ambiguous about this, so I bet a lot of parents are stuck paying for more when they thought they already paid to get in. I like that there is a bathroom in there but it is hit or miss. It can be fine or it can be disgusting. I would suggest they add some cubbies because parents just dump their clothes/bags/shoes onto benches and walk away like jerks so that no one can sit on them. Other than that, it's a cute place to go for young kids.

My daughter had a blast here. Seeing Pepper live made her so happy. The logistics to get in can be better. We got confused at the entance and instructions are not easy to follow for first time visitors like us!
