My daughter had a fun time here but it is quite dirty:( I’ve worked in child amusement centers and customer service most of my life and I have never seen a place so filthy. The carpeted areas are absolutely disgusting and a lot of the high touch surfaces were very sticky. On top of the dirty environment, the customer service there is like a 2/10. No greeting when I walked up or when I stood at the counter as 3 employees stood behind the counter on their phones. One of them scanned my ticket and went back to their phone and im standing there looking around like where do I go? I saw one employee in the play area one time the entire time I was there. I highly doubt I will be returning, much better places to spend time/money on that value customer service and cleanliness.

Drove almost 50 minutes here only to find out they are closed on Tuesdays. Of course they have it in their website but you have to go through options to see that they're closed on Tuesday. Why wouldn't you just put close on Google knowing that people would not be interested in going their to shop for peppa pig merchandise what a scam to have these kids come there only to be told cant go inside to play. Nichole made our kid’s birthday evening at Peppa Pig World absolutely amazing! She put in so much effort to make everything smooth and easy for us. We all had a wonderful time, and she even brought our Peppa Pig along just for pictures, which made it extra special. Thanks to her help, the whole evening was stress free and full of joy!

We drove up from Austin because our toddler is obsessed with Peppa Pig. She was excited about meeting Peppa for weeks. When we arrived and I asked what time the meet and greet would be, I was unapologetically informed that there would not be one due to staffing issues. Once inside the play area, almost half of the interactive exhibits were broken and the cafe was unstaffed and closed. This is essentially a generic indoor playground that happens to be Peppa Pig-themed, and it it weren't for the affiliation with Peppa Pig, it would likely be the worst-rated indoor playground in Texas. Utterly disappointing. Wish we could get our money and day back.

I wish I had read the reviews before I came here. $12 for me in about $25 for my daughter now that’s not a lot of money right before the experience that I’ve got my daughter would’ve enjoyed more playing in a basic mall play area than this Peppa Pig there’s absolutely nothing to do. Everything was fixed to the floor. Nothing moved around, and it was an absolute waste of money, completely boring. The bathrooms are filthy and disgusting and two employees were fighting with each other at the front. The experience that I thought we would have was nothing literally a big circle full of junk and the stuff that could be mildly interested with either broken dirty. I’m completely appalled the amount of money they charge people to come to this place when honestly your child can enjoy playing more in the free small kitty play area this week so we can. The kitty mall area is better than this place so disappointed you absolutely never go here again and absolutely never recommend it to my worst enemy. This place should be shut down. It’s a joke.

Was not impressed! They had TWO employees only working on a Saturday. Bathrooms were dirty. Pepe pig only came out once because not enough employees. They had one employee trying to cook pizza for a Birthday party so could not even get water from concession stand. Very under staffed

So much fun for my little one! We took her when she could walk at 11 months old. A lot to see and do here! Best time to come on the weekday. A must for Peppa Pig fans! Plenty of cute pictures and memories to be made.
