Loved taking my son there once, enough that I was motivated to by the year long pass- which was absolutely stupid because I would only use it, maybe once, considering how rude and inconsiderate of a place this is. Don't bother calling with questions, admittedly from staff members they didn't even know they had a phone, so whoever you're calling it's just going to ring for twenty minutes & go nowhere. You'll have to go in person for any and all questions. So drag along your kiddos! They make it really convenient to plan a day here! NOT! If you're trying to find something online about a current discount, but can't find it anywhere, chances are they will have you pull out your phone at the front counter to "buy your ticket" for you and show you , silly you, that you just needed to enter the coupon code no one would magically know unless you're an employee!! Did I get to the best part??? They DONT ACCEPT CASH!!! How stupid. Walked away almost crying as bad as my two babies. Stupid staff, stupid business, no structure, terrible customer service 110%

I took the infant I nanny for here for the first time. He had a blast and it was such a cool/cute place! I can’t wait to come back and bring my niece & nephew! So glad we checked it out. There’s a lot more to see than what you see on the outside 😊

As you can see my nephews absolutely loved this place. It was their favorite place to go to out of Legos and the Aquarium. This has a lot of activities and climbing in structures that all kids love. We stayed here the longest and they had the most fun! I would definitely recommend going to Peppa Pig.

I just want to rave on my experience here today. This was a wonderful visit. The facility was clean and well kept. The attractions kept my 4-year-old engaged and entertained. I went on a Wednesday, so it was not packed. Cannot speak for the weekend traffic. The real ‘wow factor’ came from the staff. I was blown away at how wonderful they were with my son. They were so friendly, especially the woman working the front check-in at 12:15 PM on 8/20/25. Wish I caught her name so I could give a proper shout out. She is a star!!! ⭐️

I was really disappointed with the Peppa Pig playground. The place was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. There was trash on the ground, sticky surfaces, and the equipment looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The play areas smelled unpleasant and honestly felt unsanitary for kids. For a family attraction, I expected it to be clean and safe, but instead it was just nasty and not enjoyable at all. Definitely not worth the visit until they improve their upkeep.

We brought our 21mo daughter here, and she LOVED this place. She couldn’t do everything because she’s still pretty little, but she enjoyed meeting the friendly costumed Peppa when that time came, and she loved the Dino area and some different climbing spots, not to mention Peppa’s car, lol. We’ll definitely bring her back here!

for the price we paid for three toddlers and four adults. it's ridiculous that there's no air conditioning. it was hot as hell.

Not satisfied :( i wish they clean these floors, it look like a rip off. Im happy my daughter like Peppa Pig and she got her energy out. It also sucks they don’t accept cash! They only take card .

There’s not much interaction. For example, the grocery store, nothing to put in the basket as everything is glued in place, other areas, same things. Every surface feels sticky like it’s not been cleaned daily. $22 for each kid and $8 per adults, this is a ripoff. The mall’s play area offer the same thing for free.

While my toddler had a good time here. Once we finished the visit I was gonna buy a toy for our girl, I stood there for around 10 minutes while being ignored. When I approached a guy he told me CHECK OUT ITS THERE STAY THERE. We left the toy and left.

My 3 year old had a lot of fun here. He loved being able to explore and go down the slides by himself. There were quite a few older and bigger kids (like ages 7-10) who definitely played a little rougher which made enjoying this place challenge. Some of the play area designs make it difficult to supervise your kid. I was stressed out about my toddler getting lost in the castle for a bit there. I felt a little dirty by the end of our time here... Like I need to give my son a good bath when we get home. It's not a full on theme park or anything. It's just like a small children's play museum. Overall my toddler had a lot of fun though and I'm sure we will be back if there are discounted tickets available or something. Also we didn't make reservations and that didn't seem to be a problem since it was a weekday.

Cute place to visit for toddlers who like Peppa Pig. Timed ticketing and many activities make it not too crowded, even on the weekends. Some of the activities could use a little refreshing and there could be a couple more trikes in the vehicle area. There could also be more transparency and information given about when Peppa makes her appearances for meet and greets so kids do not miss her.
