100% worth the money. This was an incredible breath taking experience! Papillon made the entire process so easy and fun.. Esther was such a pleasure to work with! So happy we went with this company and decided to spend the money and experience the canyon from above, the longer tour was definitely a once in a life time.

The flights were good but the customer service is lacking. We spent $444 per person but were very rushed and hardly got to see the view spots at Grand Canyon West. Then during our ride back to the hotel they decided they had to switch drivers and we got to ride around on the bus for an extra 30 minutes. The helicopter ride down into the canyon was awesome but felt more like a shuttle to drop you off instead of a tour. Will try a different company next time.
