loved it, great for my mum who has mobility issues, the stop off in the canyon was great, only downside was I would of liked a little bit more time to look around,maybe another 30 minutes on the stop in the canyon.

Still in awe from this amazing adventure. I took a quick solo trip to THE Grand Canyon from Las Vegas and this was definitely the best helicopter experience I’ve been on. Our pilot, Jimmy was knowledgeable, funny and skilled. The views were beautiful, I was stunned. I highly recommend this tour as a bucket list adventure.

We had a horrible experience with the vendor. We signed up for a 7-hour tour and they kept us waiting for 2 extra hours at the end of the trip. As a result, our 7 hour tour took over 9 hours, most of which we were waiting around. The reason? They wanted to fill up their single bus going back to Vegas. The transportation guy at the desk was horribly rude when we asked about the time we'd return. We would recommend you take your business and time elsewhere.

Awful- changed reservation on us at last minute. We wasted an entire day w we airing for pilots to bring us back even tho our whole party was waiting. At the airport, made us wait another 35 minutes so they could fill a bus to go back to Las Vegas. Terrible tour

We did the sunset Grand Canyon helicopter tour with Papillon. The good: Our pilot, Mitch, was incredible! He was funny and personable and a great pilot - we had a very smooth ride! The ride itself was breathtaking - more amazing than I could even have imagined. Getting to land in the Grand Canyon and explore a bit was really fun. The other employees at the terminal were all super nice and helpful. The terminal was very clean and inviting with clean restrooms and a cute gift shop. The music during the flight added a whole extra wonderful dimension to the experience! The Bad: Our shuttle driver to and from our hotel was super cranky and not fun to deal with. The AC on the shuttle bus was not functioning well. Which meant a miserable 45 minute drive in record high temps - we were wet with sweat by the time we arrived. One person in a group who had booked the tour was running late - they held all of us for almost an hour past our start time, waiting on this one guy. That put us almost an hour late getting back. That was annoying (and, also, his coworkers were being jerks to the employees, which was not cool at all). But those small things aside - I would definitely do this again. It was truly a once in a lifetime experience - it was fantastic!

Incredible tour - Views are once in a lifetime. Company was great - easy booking and the preparation process was very smooth with two young kids. Jaratt was a nice pilot - kids liked him and he let it rip at 110mph over the trees.
