We took the King of the Canyon trip and it was incredible. Papillon were great from the initial email enquiry to the trip itself. Friendly and very helpful. Our pilot Erik was a nice guy and very good at what he does. I wasn’t 100% set on seeing the canyon, however I am so pleased I made the right decision. It’s truly an amazing experience and I cannot recommend it enough. Definitely go through these guys, they made everything really simple, pick up and drop off and overall fantastic.

We have been on other helicopter tours so we thought this would be fun. The flight was good but we anticipated something more from the pilot. Pre flight instruction and that was it. He could have said or explained what we were looking at. There is a recording on the headset. Kinda boring. The pilot could have made the flight better if he would have engaged with us. Again very boring flight. Disappointed for sure.

Both pilots (the one in the fixed wing aircraft & the below pilot) were great. Both shuttle drivers (to & from the Golden Nugget) were great. The "guides"...notcso much. They pretty much abandoned my wife and I after we arrived at Eagle Point. We had to find our own way to the bus to the Skywalk & back and then to the staging area to get the plane back to Boulder City. The bus driver taking us back to Boulder City, left us sitting on the bus for an hour waiting for another group to join us for the 1 1/2 hour ride back to Las Vegas. Would have been so much better if he'd told us so we could do our waiting in the departure bldg instead.

2 THUMBS DOWN: I bought a family tour and got treated rudely and had my family split up to tour with strangers. BOO!
Disappointing. The view was amazing. They tour company was awful. Rude. I paid for 5 passenger tour on a 6 passenger helicopter only to have my family split up onto 2 different helicopters. Meanwhile, I witnessed 6 and 7 passengers getting off the same helicopters we couldn't. 3 adults and 2 small children. Weight was nowhere near the limit. Rude staff o formed us that we were being split up in the middle of the waiting room in front of everyone. We weren't given any option except which 2 was going to tour with strangers. Then they messed that up. Why ask ug you aren't going to do it? Paid for family event and was so upset I couldn't enjoy it. $2000 and didn't get what I paid for. It was the Rude staff that made it memorable. I won't forget.RUDE!

Wasted 2 hours of our honeymoon getting to the pick up point and then waiting to be collected by a driver who never arrived. Ruined our honeymoon plans and wasted a lot of time and money!!!

Had a great time on our tour. Our pilot Alex was great fun and very good guide. I also made a mistake of leaving my bag with our passports in it at the runway and the company were very helpful in getting the bags back to us. Nicole was very helpful via email. All in all great value for money and would definitely recommend
