Horrible customer service I waited the first time 30 minutes at my hotel pickup finally called them to get put on hold for another 20 minutes to be told that my flight was canceled with no reason why. Then I was rescheduled three days later and waited 30 minutes after my pickup time and had to call customer service again with another 20 minute wait time to be told that it was canceled again. DO NOT RECOMMEND! They could of had the decency to tell me it was canceled.

Not allowed to take your own picture in front of helicopter or outside of it, they take your picture for you to buy. Maverick will use your phone and take pictures for you. Long wait, check in was 45 minutes prior to ride time. Check in took about 3-4 minutes then just sat in waiting area. Would not recommend this company or use it again.

On the way there, we flew over the Hoover Dam. Upon arrival, they offer a small snack, which, in my opinion, was the worst part of the whole trip: champagne and water. I would have preferred coffee and pastries at 9:00 AM. Seriously, how can we have champagne at 9:00 AM when the limousine picked us up at 7:10 AM?! The round trip was two hours. Honestly, once we arrived at the Grand Canyon, I think we could have flown longer or covered more miles along the canyon. In that sense, very commercial. The pilot was fantastic! A true professional, and we felt very comfortable at all times! (Original) Muy recomendable sin duda . Te recoge la Limusina del hotel , en nuestro caso a primera hora , y te llevan a la base de helicópteros que está a 10 minutos . Te atienden muy bien, con todo tipo de explicaciones . Vale la pena comprar el extra de los 50$ e ir en alguno de los tres asientos delanteros. Espectacular es volar a través del gran cañón , como también el vuelo de ida y de regreso . A la ida sobrevolamos la presa hoover. Al llegar al lugar te ofrecen un pequeño snack, que es lo peor de todo el viaje a mi entender . Champán y agua , pero hubiera preferido a las 9 un café y bolleria para el café. Por dios como vamos a tomar champán a las 9’de mañana cuando la limusina nos ha recogido a las 7.10 h !! El recorrido de ida y vuelva fue de dos horas. Realmente una vez llegamos al gran cañón , pienso que podríamos haber volado más tiempo o realizar más millas a lo Largo del cañón. En ese sentido muy comercial . El piloto fantástico !! Muy buen profesional y nos sentimos muy cómodos en todo momento !!
