The only way to see the Grand Canyon. We did the 50 minute ride, saw a good portion of the canyon. John was our pilot, he pointed out several important landmarks and other tidbits of information, but not much else, keep on reading... This is not the type of tour you should expect an ongoing narrative of the landmarks and views as the pilot should have all his focus on flying the helicopter and ensuring we all make it back safely. Headphones provide music and recorded narrative of people, history and geology of the area. If you have a fear of heights, this is probably not for you. My only complaint is that towards the end the close proximity of the other passengers was starting to wear on me. Next time we will look into a private charter, that will most likey make experience more enjoyable since itvwill most likely allow better photo and video opportunities. Overall, my husband and I were very pleased with our experience.

The whole experience was wonderful!! I did the luxury pick up and fly around the las vegas strip. Everyone was nice and since it was my birthday they let ride in the front with the pilot. I will definitely so it again the view was so amazing and breath taken.

The trip itself was nice. The experience from the beginning was frustrating. Our tour was supposed to be a helicopter tour that lasted all day from Vegas to the West Rim and floor of the canyon. It was the highlight of our trip. Our pick up time from the hotel was 9am. We received a phone call at 8:30am stating the trip was cancelled because the pilot called in sick. No back up pilots. The alternative was to a) take a half day trip on a plane instead of a helicopter and cut out the landing on the floor of the canyon or b) receive a refund. We choose the substitute and ended up on a shuttle for 3 hours to and from the hotel. First to be picked up, last to be dropped off. The flight/tour was great and I give props to the agents at the airport for realizing my extreme disappointment and placing me in a seat perfect to photograph from (ask for the last row). I'm grateful we had no other plans for the day and we were able to take it in stride, otherwise it would have been a disaster. All in all, the trip was good but the logistics behind it need some work.

Had a helicopter ride booked for Wednesday (April 13th). We received an email that morning (we were supposed to leave around 12:15pm) saying they moved our time to 4:00pm. We waited at the pickup for 25 minutes at the new time before calling. We sat on hold for 20 minutes before they finally talked to us. They told us the helicopter stopped working so they were going to upgrade us to a plane tour that stopped in the grand canyon for today (Saturday April 16th). We were supposed to get picked up at 8:35 am, and we called yesterday to confirm and talked to them around 4:00 pm. We waited for 20 minutes before calling, sat on hold for another 20 minutes, just for them to tell us they cancelled it with no reason why, and that they were EVENTUALLY going to send out an email to let us know. This company is extremely unprofessional, and I’m very dissatisfied with the fact I now do not have the opportunity to see the Grand Canyon, as we leave in two days and every other tour with every company is booked. They could have at least called us.

Horrible customer service I waited the first time 30 minutes at my hotel pickup finally called them to get put on hold for another 20 minutes to be told that my flight was canceled with no reason why. Then I was rescheduled three days later and waited 30 minutes after my pickup time and had to call customer service again with another 20 minute wait time to be told that it was canceled again. DO NOT RECOMMEND! They could of had the decency to tell me it was canceled.
