(Translated by Google) An incredible experience. We took the long tour (50 minutes) with the new helicopters. It was a fantastic view, a diverse landscape, and a very friendly crew. The pilot answered every question. I highly recommend booking a front seat for an extra $50; the view is significantly better (the back seat has four seats). We were even lucky enough to get two seats in the front row by booking a front seat. (Original) Eine unglaubliche Erfahrung. Empfehlen kann ich die Buchung eines Front-Seats für 50 Dollar extra, die Aussicht ist deutlich besser (Rückbank 4 Sitze). Wir hatten sogar das Glück mit Buchung eines Front-Seats gleich zwei Sitze in der ersten Reihe zu bekommen.

My 1st flight was re-scheduled, that was then cancelled due to weather, the next time was cancelled and re-scheduled from morning to afternoon. The staff was very kind to us about all the issues we had. With all that said this is one of the best things I have ever done. Colin was an outstanding tour guide. Very informative, funny and he had a great sound track! It was very emotional as far as history, beauty, grandness.....I highly recommend this lifetime adventure. Truly AMAZING!!!!

Avoid. Having spent a total of nearly 3 years abroad through nearly 40 countries, my experience with Scenic Airlines several years ago still burns as the worst tourist experience of my life. Nutshell being we paid a LOT of money for one tour, and were then put on another tour without being told. We were also stranded at the Grand Canyon airport for near 5 hours while they sorted getting a working plane and only saw the Grand Canyon for less than 2. Worst bit is they only refunded us the difference for the tour they put us on from the tour we paid for, despite them never telling us they had changed our itinerary. Long story short, I'd would not recommend Scenic Airlines to anyone.
