We just came back from the Grand Celebration sunset tour. It was an amazing experience from beginning to end. Pilot Jani was wonderful. She did a great job narrating the entire experience and she seems very knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend this company. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you Papillion for this once in a lifetime experience.

Good Morning, Yesterday my wife and I booked a trip over Lake Powell out of the Page AZ airport. We want to commend Papillon on everything from its personal to professional service. Everything from Michael booking our reservation, to Janell checking us in at the front desk went perfectly. And what would an amazing trip be without Becky taking us up and making us feel very comfortable. You can tell she loves her job. Of course the sites are pretty hard to bet too. Your teams professionalism seemed to be routine which was refreshing to see. You need to know, Your team represented you well. Well Done Papillon..very well done. We had a helicopter tour called The Strip Lights tour (something like that) and I have to say I am amaze with how nice people in Vegas are, including everybody in Papillon Helicopters. From the people at the front desk, drivers, pilots, everybody’s just so nice and caring, I mean, I’m really grateful for that because we just don’t get that king of service very often. Going back to the tour; MY experience was not the best. I was assigned the first seat to the right, back row. And at first I was so excited because I thought “window view, yas!” But when the helicopter took off all the good view was on the left side, where I couldn’t see because the other people were trying to see too, and taking photos and videos, leaving me no choice but to just see to my left where there was just the community, nothing to see. But I was ok with that because I thought that when the helicopter turned back I would have the view to my right, but when it did it was still to the left side. I left the place very sad because I was so waiting for this tour since we made our reservation back in Puerto Rico. I think what the company can do better is to put cheaper prices to the last one or two seats on the right side, since they don’t have the same experience, or at least let customers know that those seats have limited views. Also, I don’t know what can or can’t helicopters do when in the air, but if it was possible to fly one way with the view to the left and then to the right, that would be perfect and everybody would be happy.

Professional and serious about public safety while still providing a relaxed informal atmosphere. The experience is worth every dime. Nothing like flying over and down in the canyon. Gives a much better overview of the beauty and overall size and magnitude of the Grand canyons.

There were a couple helicopter tours recommended to me but when I called and talked to Jerry (and heard Sasha ;) I knew they would be the right choice and I was more than right. This experience was one of the best days of my life. Paulette met us at the desk and I’m not going to be able to say enough about her, I hope she can read this and just know how grateful I am for everything she did to make our experience even better than expected. RJ was our pilot and he is a wonderful young man , great pilot, and superb customer service as well. The tour in and of itself was breathtaking, this 8 hr day felt like it was done in an instant. I wanted more. Thank you all for full filling one of my bucket list check offs with more than I could ever imagine. Lots of laughs and even some happy tears. Look no further , these are the people for your Grand Canyon adventure.

Unique & fun experience!

I made a reservation on 01/13 for 2 people for 10.30pm helicopter flight tour over the strip with shuttle pick up at 9.55 from my hotel, later on my pick up time was changed fo 8.55pm which is fine,but 2 hours before my tour I decided to confirm my reservation and I was told that my pick up time is 8.25pm even though nobody tried to notify me and contact me about it, we didn’t get any champagne toast, music on headphones forget about it, tour itself was so poor that our seats was on right side of helicopter and all strip view was on left both ways so basically we didn’t get the service that I paid for. On our way back to hotel we have to wait 40 min for other party of 2 people cause they were assigned a different helicopter, which is unacceptable, in my opinion! It’s completely doesn’t worth it and I’m so disappointed with this tour

Took the 40 minute tour today, absolutely amazing, no better view of the canyon. Staff at the terminal was super friendly, and our pilot Dayle was absolutely awesome. Its 100% worth every dime!!!

Grand Canyon Helicopter tours is perhaps your best option to view the entire canyon during one visit. Take advantage of their complementary small airplane flights if traveling in large groups. Unbelievable views from high above.
