It wasn’t ideal in terms of departure timing, however all the rest, including pilots skills, service, remarks during the flight and hospitality were on top level. The route, spectacular views and overall impression were absolutely great. We had a private tour for 4 adults and 1 2,5 year old boy who also enjoyed the flight very much

Omg I loved this!!! Booking was so easy! Paying the extra $25 to sit front row with the pilot was DEFINITELY worth it! I’d recommend everyone to do it! The minute we stepped into the building, everyone was friendly and helpful! The whole team was amazing! This is one of the things I want to go back to Vegas for! Great experience!

My group had a great time! Pay the extra money to confirm your seat especially if you don't have any wiggle room in your Vegas agenda. Great tour I learned so much and this is definitely a once-in-a-lifetime experience! We met great people and our pilots were super informative and hospitable. One thing to keep in mind: Turbulence in a helicopter is WAY different they a big body aircraft. Our pilots talked us through every second. A fantastic time all around, an investment in a wonderful experience.

We had an amazing time. Perfect weather made for a perfect day. From the limo pickup to the return to our condo, the people were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We felt comfortable and safe. (It would be nice if they edited the safety video, as something accidental and unrelated may give some people that are sports fan pause). I highly recommend that this is the company to help click the Grand Canyon off your bucket list.

Thank you for providing an experience of a lifetime! Experiencing the Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, and flying to land in the Grand Canyon was better than we expected. Our tour was on Dec. 22, the sunset flight. I proposed to my now fiancé. Our pilot was gracious, informative, and made sure we were taken care of. The staff at the terminal were also first class. I will recommend this tour to anyone that has a desire to see the Canyon the best way possible. Thank you all so much for the care and excitement we had during the experience. Well done and continued future success to everyone!

Disgusting! All that noise at this beautiful and wonderful landscape. Helicopters destroy the beauty of this place...it‘s a disgrace. Every tourist should ask himself if it‘s worth to disturb this magical athmosphere and the nature for an egoistic flight. Think of other people and keep in mind that we only have this one planet and only one Grand Canyon! Why can‘t you just relax, take a deep breath and enjoy?

We enjoyed our helicopter tour, the views were picturesque and the ride was smooth. I worried a little about motion sickness but it was not a problem at all. I would recommend this experience.

Papillon is not concerned about customer experience. They just care is money and tips. I and my wife booked for a Grand Canyon tour on a helicopter. They are supposed to give us good experience with audio tour and better response. Pilot was least concerned about my audio head set not working. They operate with old helicopters. I told them several times about my head set not working. But least interested. Make sure your head set is working otherwise the experience will be sitting in a grinder. I suggest to use an alternative helicopter ride company . I will not visit them again. Funny thing is they ask for gratuity after this experience. Lot of guts.
