The excursions included both north and south rim. The ride felt very smooth and controlled. Felt very comfortable while enjoying the view. Highly recommend this view of the Canyon.

Had an amazing tour of the Grand Canyon! Papillon worked with our friends so we could all get on same flight. Hotel pick up was prompt & everyone very friendly & responsive. The only issue we had was that we could not use the mike’s on the headset during flight due to COVID issues. We understood the reasoning, however, it would have been better if we could have communicated with the pilot & asked questions. Overall, excellent trip & would definitely do it again!

Booked a helicopter night tour of Las Vegas. The seats on the back right of the helicopter don’t get a view of the city. If you’re short you won’t even be able to look out the front window very well. All the back right seats got to view was the houses. When complaining about it we were told it was a 25 dollar upgrade to sit in the front seats (which was not offered to us). If we had known that we would have been in those seats we would have asked to wait for another helicopter. The front staff was unhelpful and said we could send an email to customer relations but did not readily give us the email. Was looking forward to this but was so disappointed. If you can’t sit in the front don’t do it. Ride was also very short. We were back to our hotel in less than an hour.

My friends and I did the Grand Canyon tour. RJ was our pilot. He did a fantastic job, he was very knowledgeable and played some great music during our flight. This is the only company that I found which could accommodate a larger person for no extra fee do to their seating arrangements.#iFlyPapillon

This was an absolutely amazing experience!! All the staff were so nice, pilot was very informative and the fly over the canyon was beyond breath taking. An experience we will never forget, huge thank you Papillon!!

Got more than I paid for. Paid for the ride around the Grand Canyon but also ended up landing in the Grand Canyon. Never have been on a helicopter before felt a little queasy. For me it was a good one time experience.
