Very professional, streamlined operation going on here. Safe and efficient. The helicopter ride is exhilarating and carefully choreographed to a pop music score on the in-flight headsets. The 40-50 minute flight was bang on 40 minutes from scheduled departure time to touch down. Assume a 25-30 minute flight is 25. Shop around when buying - the same tour company, but with different branding cost considerably more. Grand Canyon Helicopter IS the same as Papillion - its limited operators giving the illusion of choice.

Dan was our pilot on a Grand Canyon adventure, and he (and the experience) were awesome! Gorgeous views, decent champagne, and very informative. Ask for Dan!

Not the best helicopter tour I've been on. Pilot never greated us. Which left me with a uneasy feeling. The ground crew guy loaded us in for the pilot, who never exited the helicopter. Helicopter was older with reduced visibility due to windows being overly scratched. My aunt who had to ride backwards had limited view and felt screwed. The 3 of us in the back had no view of the front.

Our pilot, Stuart, did an awesome job pointing out interest sites along the way to our Grand Canyon Champagne landing. It was a fun and safe experience that I would recommend to anyone.

Tours were running about thirty minutes behind when we toured but the overhead views of the Grand Canyon were well worth the wait! May be a bit of a splurge for a 30 minute helicopter tour but what an unforgettable experience.

Amazing flight into the grand canyon with a beautiful landing at the bottom! We were blown away and appreciated the knowledgeable pilot for showing us around by HELICOPTER! Loved it!

We were scheduled for a helicopter tour and the weather did not permit us to go the day of... They worked really hard to get us rescheduled. The next morning, they were not able to get us up for the whole 45 minutes but got us in the air for the shorter tour. It was amazing! Definitely recommend this as a way to see the Grand Canyon!!

I booked a north rim tour for 3, originally for a Saturday, unfortunately, they weren’t going to be flying due to a snow storm. However, when i called them, the woman on the phone was very helpful and funny! She rescheduled us for the Sunday, when they were looking at better weather (free of charge). The check in process was smooth, and swift. Our pilot was great and friendly! Even offered to take pictures for us, after the flight. I sat upfront as copilot, and his flying skills were great (not that i know anything about it, but considering it was windy, we had little turbulence and his demeanour was confident). A great experience and company to do it with!

Scott was our pilot and he was very professional. He’s an excellent pilot. The flight was very smooth, he’s knowledgeable and the entire experience was simply amazing. I’d recommend this tour to anyone interested. They picked us up at our hotel on time and we were done in the timeframe provided.

I enjoyed what we saw but for $1,600.00 for my Family. We were gone 30 minutes not the 45 minutes that we paid for, so I was disappointed in the trip

We would give 10 stars if we could! This was the highlight of our trip to Vegas! We flew on the Grand Canyon Deluxe Airplane Tour. Everything about the experience from check-in to landing was excellent. Our pilot was Scott, and he was amazing! Our 9 year-old son said it was the best landing he ever had in his whole life. The views and experience were extraordinary!

This was my 40th B-Day Gift... It was a great experience and the Papillon Service was great. Don't be afraid to enjoy ...it's really worth to pay for this ...once in a lifetime
